3 Saint Vs Palmer

Leo makes his way to the ring, listening to the crowd cheering him on. He jumps into the ring and waits for his opponent.

As Lucas Palmer walks down the ramp with an arrogant smile, the crowd reigns down boos, due to him always stealing victories in other matches. He has won thirteen professional fights and lost two because of decision. When Lucas gets into the ring, he leans against the turnbuckle, not taking Leo seriously.

Meanwhile, Sunny Morgan watches from the crowd in anticipation.

The bell rings and Leo goes right after Palmer, but like Danielle and Frank told him, his opponent is a runner. He chases him all around the ring, not being able to throw a solid punch. The continues like this for most of the the round. As one minute is left in the round, that's when Palmer attacks.

He throws a kick that Leo easily ducks. He then starts to throw punches, but he blocks them quickly. Palmer goes for a big swing that Leo ducks, and lands a spin kick in the arrogant fighters face. Palmer throws a roundhouse kick that misses, but does land a jab to the face. He then grabs Leo by the back of the head and starts throwing knees at his body. Leo blocks the knees and kicks him back.

Palmer throws another punch, that Leo blocks with his forearm, hurting his left hand. His opponent goes for a right hook, but Leo quickly dodges, kicking him in the stomach. The young Saint then lands a right hook to the jaw, a left hook to the body, and a uppercut, causing Palmer to stagger back. After that, Leo jumps up and lands a five forty kick to the head, knocking him out and winning the match.

"Leo Saint wins his second professional fight, with a beautiful kick that takes down Palmer!" One of the commentators says.

As the crowd cheers, Leo raises his hands in victory in the ring. He then sees Sunny in the crowd and the two have a brief stare down, as the promoter slowly claps for him. The young fighter turns his back to Sunny and continues to celebrate his victory with Frank and the crowd.

The next day, as Leo is training, his younger brother William runs into the gym, excited.

"Hey Leo, you gotta see this man!" William says with a big smile on his face.

"See what?" Leo asks.

"Yeah, what the hell's the matter with ya? You're acting like a mad man." Frank says.

William quickly turns on the Tv and puts it on a sports news channel.

"Just watch." William says.

The three them then look at the Tv and watch ESPN.

"Amateur kickboxer, Leo Saint taking his second steps as a pro this weekend, on the undercard at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn New York. Saint beating former welterweight contender Lucas Palmer enroute to his second pro win. Now we've seen Palmer before here on ESPN, he's a veteran, he's no joke and Saint is now considered to be one of the best prospects Mix Martial-Arts has seen in decades by beating a fighter the caliber of Palmer in just his second match no less, he definitely made a statement. Leo Saint, clearly a fighter to watch."

When Leo hears that, he starts smiling from ear to ear.

"I was on ESPN." He says.

"You were on ESPN!" William says.

The two brothers hug as Frank pats Leo on the back.

"Good job kid. But remember, we still have a lot more work to do."

Leo nods, but William scoffs.

"Why do you always have to be a buzzkill, old man?" William jokingly asks.

"Ah, shut up and go put your gear on. You have some work to do if you want to make your debut next year."

Leo and William laugh, then William walks to the back to change. As Leo resumes his training, another Mix Martial-Arts story starts about the heavyweight prospect Isaiah Cross, also scoring the second knockout of his career and beating another overmatched opponent on the undercard of the Morgan Pay-per-view in Las Vegas the night before Leo's fight.

He's now two and 0, with two knockouts.
