The Unknown Diseases (Repeated)

Asuka: 3 years old

One year later

God gifts him a veil that can hide his aura. The veil can change into any accessory which is right now behind his ear.

Fon has promised to become his storm guardian if ever the Arcobaleno Curse is over. Fon fought with him and tied or draw, however, he uses his sincerely to win him over. The entire fight Tsuna was careful not to destroy any environment or even a flower that why he lost. Fon notices that also that why he accept Tsuna ring and box weapon. He didn't see his face because of the veil. ( I might write about their fight in a side chapter if I have time.)

"Aniki, here's your bento. Now, I will go to school. Bye!" said Tsuna as he about to run to Namimori elementary school, Ieyatsu stopped him.

"Tuna, I won't be picking you up from school today because I have baseball practice," said Ieyatsu

"It's fine Aniki, I can walk home by myself," said Tsuna with a cute smile

"Are you sure?" replied Ieyatsu worried about Tsuna being home alone.

"I'm sure Aniki, you worry too much," said Tsuna playfully.

"Okay," said Ieyatsu as he sees Tsuna walking to Namimori elementary school.

Asuka is normally out until dinner if she is not back by then she needs to face Tsuna wrath which she doesn't want. Asuka looks like a four-year-old girl but she can fight about 1000 people without breaking a sweat.

"Tsuna, please wake up!" yelled Ieyatsu, as he held an unhealthy white hand that connects to an equally unhealthy white small body that had an oxygen mask on.

'This is my fault. I should have picked him up from school today and been with him, maybe, maybe

he wouldn't be...' thought Ieyatsu as he looked at Tsuna and remembered what had happened to end up in a hospital with Tsuna in a coma.

Flashback: on

---At Home After Baseball Practice---

"Tuna, I'm home!" yelled Ieyatsu as he took off his shoes in the hallway.

Getting no reply, Ieyatsu started to worry a little and started looking for Tsuna; he wasn't in the kitchen, his room, or bathroom. So, that either left the living room or Tsuna wasn't home. But, when he did find Tsuna he wished that he wasn't home because on the living room floor with a little blood trail from his mouth was Tsuna.

"Tsuna!" Ieyatsu yelled as he ran to Tsuna's body.

"Tsuna! Tsuna! Tsuna wakes up!" screamed Ieyatsu as his otouto wasn't waking up no matter how much he shook him.

After a moment of getting his thoughts together, Ieyatsu called an ambulance, using the cell phone his papa gave him for his first year of middle school. As he waited for them to get to him he called Iemitsu, who took a few rings to answer but was the fasts he had ever answered his phone when someone in the family called him, and when he did it was in his usual happy tone he used when talking with his family.

"Hey Iey-" Iemitsu said but was interrupted.

"Papa with Mama can you guy come home?" asked Ieyatsu in a pleading voice.

"Iey-kun, we've been over this, we can't just leave work without a good reason or if I ask in advance. The only exception is that there is an emergency," answered Iemitsu in a happy voice since he gets to talk with his son, something he doesn't get to do except once a month. Mostly every week Nana is doing the talking. But that happy voice was instantly shattered at what his oldest said next.

"Papa, Tsuna isn't waking up and he has a blood trail from his mouth," said Ieyatsu hastily as he was starting to hear sirens in the distance.

There was a pause from the other side of the phone but then Iemitsu said in a serious voice, "I'll tell your mother that also we would be there tomorrow morning," and hung up before Ieyatsu could say anything else.

After Iemitsu hung up it was only another minute. Iemitsu running to Nana to tell her what happened. Nana almost fainted.

Iemitsu fell a note to tell her what happened and which hospital they are in.

Before the paramedics were in the house and wheeling Tsuna on a stretcher to an ambulance and Ieyatsu was being ushered into the back with Tsuna.

End Flashbacks

"Come on Tuna, you have to wake up. I've had an important game coming up in two weeks and you have to be there to cheer me on," whispered Ieyatsu as he stayed with Tsuna for the rest of the day and ended up falling asleep in the chair next to Tsuna's bed and never, not even once, did he let go of Tsuna's hand.

Iemitsu was having a good day by mafia standards; no enemy family plotting to attack, no one died, no fights, he finished his paperwork that got tired of reproducing, gloated to all of his subordinates about his lovely popular oldest son, cute Tuna, and genius daughter. His wife is helping out here and there. Lastly, he got to annoy Lal when she came to him to say that she felt different. She talked with Colonello, who also said he felt different, but in a good way. However, after a while, she got annoyed with him and left halfway through what she was saying. She gave him a slap before leaving, which wasn't that bad. Yup, he was having a good day. It was going to turn into an even better day when his Iey-kun called him.

Not even thinking about how when he gave one to Ieyatsu, Tsuna, and Asuka saying to only call in emergency's, he answered in a bright voice, "Hey Iey-" but was interrupted.

"Papa with mama can you guy come home?" asked Ieyatsu in a pleading voice.

'Ah, my little Iey-kun misses me and Nana, he just acts like a big boy but he's still my little boy,' thought Iemitsu before saying in a happy voice, "Iey-kun, we've been over this, I can't just leave work without a good reason or if I ask in advance. The only exception to that was there is an emergency."

"Papa, Tsuna isn't waking up and he has a blood trail from his mouth," said Ieyatsu with sirens in the background. The good day just became a bad day and the goofy smile almost always on his face fell as was replaced with a serious face.

Not even thinking about what he was doing Iemitsu said in a serious voice that matched his face, "I'll be there tomorrow morning," and hung up before Ieyatsu could say anything else

Getting out of his office chair he had been leaning back in he got up and started walking to the CEDEF private jet while calling Nono.

On the first ring, Nono answered and asked: "What's the wrong Iemitsu?"

"I'm going to Japan to see my family, Tuna is going to the hospital," said Iemitsu as he thought back to the sirens he heard, "I'll have Lal take care of everything while I'm gone," he continued.

"All right, thank you for letting me know," answered Nono in a grandfatherly voice.

"I'll be back in two weeks," said Iemitsu.

After Iemitsu hung up on Nono. Iemitsu went to Nana who is working at a super fast pace and tell her what happens. Nana almost fainted. As he and Nana arrived at the jet.

What they didn't know was that all of his children, within a year, would be going to the hospital a lot. Tsuna being in the hospital and Ieyatsu and Asuka visit him.

When Asuka went back home and saw the note. She ran to the hospital and ask the nurse where Tsunayoshi Sawada room.

Asuka: "What happened to Tsuna nii."

Ieyatsu: "I don't know."

Asuka: "What does the doctor say?"

Ieyatsu: "They says they don't know they never meet a situation like that his body is healthy."

Asuka: 'Look like Tsuna nii took a mission. I need to wait until Tsuna nii to wake up before anything.'

When Iemitsu and Nana got to the hospital at seven in the morning they do not expect to see Ieyatsu and Asuka sleeping next to a bed that holds Tuna, he didn't look any different from when he last saw him just asleep. However, nothing in the world could make them prepared for what they about to see.

On a hospital bed was his Tuna that looked as pale as a ghost and looked so small covered in white sheets with an oxygen mask on his face, and his hair lying limp on the pillow as it spread all around his head, and two machines hooked up to his right arm while his left hand covered by his oldest son's and his daughter hands with the other hand attached to a body sitting in a chair and leaning on Tsuna's bed together with his daughter .

Not wanting to disturb Ieyatsu and Asuka, since he had bags under his eyes and looked like he had only fallen asleep a couple of hours ago. Asuka is on the better side because she has no bags but they are a sign that she cry do it before. Iemitsu with Nana took the two remain seat on the chair on the other side of Tuna and took his large hand and cupped his face, against his tan, healthy skin Tsuna looked even worse. Nana was sobbing, Asuka acting like she is sleeping the moment they enter she was already waking ready to attack if it's an enemy. However, look like she is thinking too much and went back to sleep.

Not long later... Iemitsu being called by a nurse. The Doctor wants to talk to the patient guardian.

"I'm sorry Mr. and Mrs. Sawada, but we don't know what is wrong with your son," said a doctor to Iemitsu, who looks so sad.

"Do you know if he will wake up and what made him go into the coma?" he asked like he is about to cry

"No, we are trying everything to find out what made him go into a coma, but there has never been a case like his before," replied the doctor.

"Akira-sensei, please help my son. I can't see him like this. It's like my heart being stab by a thousand knife when I see him like that" said Iemitsu. Now he can't hold his tears.

"Akira-sensei, please help my son. I am even willing to trade place with my son," Nana says.

"Mr.Sawada and Mrs.Sawada, I'm really sorry, we can't find anything wrong with him. But I'll do my best" Said the Doctor -Akira-

And through the week and a half that Tsuna was in a coma, Kyoya came and visited every day after he did his patrol. The entire family came to visit Tsuna and Takeshi played catch with Ieyatsu for a little while in the garden, the hospital had. Asuka would mostly be sitting next to Tsuna. While Yamamoto-san talked with Iemitsu and brought sushi for the entire family to eat since neither had eaten much in the week and a half. Something both the Yamamoto's thought was a bad idea because Tsuna would give them an ear full of not eating right and a lecturing Tsuna is a scary Tsuna.

But when Tsuna woke up at around noon, he had a burning resolve in his eyes that Ieyatsu and Iemitsu rarely ever saw. Also, when Tsuna woke up they couldn't help but give him a hug and not let go for the rest of the day and night.

They thought 'Tuna can finally get better and not be so pale anymore,' but they didn't know that Tsuna would never be healthy again.

That he would never get his peach skin back and always remain as white as a snowflake, that would enhance his beauty.

---Within the space---

Asuka: "You do a mission right. Why don't ask for help? How did you get your body so weak?"

Asuka already knows the answer from Tsuna shocked face.

Asuka: "WHY?!"

Tsuna: "The two unknown diseases can even kill you in seconds someone who is blessed and friended by the Overlord God. Only I can survive the diseases."

Asuka was surprised no shocked. She knew that she was blessed by one of the strongest individuals in the universe yet she would die in seconds. She finally understands the seriousness of the issue.

Tsuna shows her the mission.

Yuki: 'Substitution (Grade: Chaos)

Description: Your entire family would have two unknown diseases you need to substitute for them or else they would all die.

Condition to complete: You need to substitute your entire family your body constitution would become FFF until you remove the diseases.

She felt frustrated and helpless. She promises herself that she would protect him but it's still him protect the entire family. He was carrying the entire family burden yet he doesn't ask for more just take everything toward himself. She knows that the two unknown diseases would make him feel extremely painful yet he still smiles toward her with the best smile he had. She knows that she knows to change the frustration and hopelessness to motivation to become stronger. Next time it's her job to carry his brother burden. She would become strong enough to protect him from all the trouble. Only Absolute Power can she protect what she wants.

Tsuna: "Don't need to worry about it the system already to told me that Dr. Shamal has cure toward one of the diseases and the other one Byakuran have it in the future arc."

Asuka: "Okay, we just need to wait for Doctor Shamal right."

Tsuna: "Yeah, we need to worry."

Yuki: 'Gaining all the rewards. A special reward is given. Your intelligence stat would increase to chaos. Your wisdom would be increased to limitless. Your control over Chaos Flame increases to 50%. You have gained 1 million GKP.

Nana was thinking should she stay in order to protect Tsuna. Tsuna saw Nana conflicted gaze and said, "Mama don't need to worry I can take care of myself. Mama, please continue to pursue your dream, it would make me feel happier."

Nana feels pride having a son like him and felt guilty about what she has done. She knows that her child can perceive bad emotion. She tosses aside she should be thinking about the past but the future more.

Nana: "I would definitely become even stronger than right now."

Tsuna feels the bliss to have a happy family and he doesn't want to be the one to destroy it.
