1 Harsh Mother

In the tundra of Thal, a tribe of Nomads named Khaleshi the last remnants of their tribe were settling themselves into a narrow yet comfortable cave.

There were no more than 6. Father, Mother, twin sons, and two daughters the youngest amongst them being the twins' Halsen and Ragur at age 5 followed by one of the daughters whose name was Thalia. who just turned 8 and the oldest sister who cared of them as the parents prepared a freshly hunted meal.

As the family gathered for the Meal, The blizzard Shook the cave's exterior walls as the sound of the Snow crashing against the entrance of the cave scared the little ones in the family. Though The parents calmy continued eating, now more clear than water that they didn't fear Nature's roar.

The oldest female in the family stood up and slowly walked towards her children, specifically sitting behind the two youngest ones. "Relax… Here, inside the Cave, we will be protected from the snow" Said the mother with a calm and soothing voice, as she caressed the cheek of both twins

The Twins and Thalia Nodded as they started to eat their food slowly, the oldest daughter comforted her Siblings with a smile and a Little tune that she Hummed as they ate.

With the food now gone from the improvised stone table, they prepared themselves to sleep In these makeshift Sleeping bags made of the pelts that the parents collected earlier. As the young ones swiftly slept thanks to the older sister, The older members of the family sat at the center of the cave and talked.

"Kena, We haven't found a way through the tundra, Have you seen anything from the cave before the blizzard struck?" The father said to the oldest sister Hoping for a positive response

"Hm… I saw a pass between the trees in the south… but I also saw Some Heinan Flags along the way…" Said Kena, looking at her father, a bit scared of what could happen to them If they encountered that dangerous clan with the lack of weaponry and power they had.

"We can go around them Going through the River at the east," Said the mother as she thought of more solutions.

"The river exposes us too much… but we can't afford to get ambushed in the forest… We'll have to think it through tomorrow" Said the father standing up and going to his sleeping bag.

"Kena… Go sleep beside your siblings…" said the mother following behind Father not long after.

Kena remained there and thought about the Heinan. her grandmother told her, the Heinan were one of the reasons of the near extinction of the Khaleshi clan. Ruthless brute warriors the size of bears… but as her grandmother told her, they seriously lacked mental capacity.

Kena thought… She created a Plan… What about going both ways? Her parents could create a ruckus around the river so she and the kids could sneak by and burn the Heinan camp to the ground. Once she finished Making her master plan, She went to bed and the next day came by

the sun arose, Kena got up. She slowly tried standing up to not awake her siblings, she slowly woke up her parents and after they were up she explained her master plan, They understood the reasoning behind the plan and followed according to it. 

slowly walking along the river following its flow towards the south directing at the Heinan Camp, the kids along with Kena sneaked by the forest the sound of thei parent's distraction started to echo throught the forest so they quickly decided to move faster. But as soon as they saw the light, Thalia tripped and fell on a trap that pierced her shoulder Leaving her seriously injured and pinned against a tree.

She couldn't help but scream and cry at the pain which alerted the Heinan nearby who savagely ran to see who fell in the trap and what they found amazed them. Three fresh Khaleshi kids and a young Khaleshi woman who was trying to get the kid out of that trap

The heinan warriors laughed at the pitiful attempts of the woman to get the girl out and went in to take them to their camps.

they got to the camp After being dragged about 300 meters, just to be thrown into the ground. The Twins were instantly taken to serve as Slaves. Thalia and Kena were thrown to the side so they could be used as toys for the soldiers

The Warriors around the center of the camp seemed to be hitting something with absolute despise but after Thalia concentrated on the commotion she quickly regretted it.

Two figures in elegant hoods adorned with metal symbols that she couldn't understand separated the warriors and using some kind of black magic that took the form of two giant claws. they executed the pair in a brutal yet seamlessly clean manner.

She saw her parents, Bloody, and massacred  Barely alive. And as soon as she turned around she heard the voice of her older sister said

"THALIA!! NO!!" and out of nowhere a heinan warrior grabbed her and tore her skirt into pieces

Luckily Kena went in and casted a repulsion spell as she said "RUN! FOLLOW THE SUN TO THE SOUTH!!" The spell sent Thalia flying into the air, Towards the sun that just appeared above the mountains. The fall was painful but she was far enough so she took her only option.

She ran as fast as she could, Pressing on the wound as she heard the sounds of the pain and suffering of her sister….
