3 Chapter II

That sound. No. No. No No No.

His body fell limp the light in his eyes went out. Zeus finally let go of him and look down at Hera.

"You are my wife, my Queen, and no boy will ever take that away from me."

His words were muffled in Hera's ears her heart was thumping so loud. She had felt as if something deep within her had been torn apart.

She looked up at Zeus her eyes filled with so many emotions but mainly. Rage. She lunged toward Zeus. Zeus was caught off guard and was even more surprised when he felt a slight sting in hit face.

Her voice started as a whisper and wavered as she shook with fury "My Heart will never. EVER. BE YOURS!!!" She finished spitting venom with every word.

Zeus's face was dark as they stood there, rain falling down their faces, you'd think with the pitter-patter of the rain it wouldn't be so silent. But time seems to freeze as they waited to see what the other would do next.

Finally Zeus says "It seems you've forgotten who you are." He makes slow strides towards her. "Allow me to remind you."

When he reaches her he grabs her wrist and pulls her to him. Hera is too weak too tired to fight. At this point he could do what he wanted to her there is nothing worse than the pain she has already been through. He grabs her neck not tight enough to cut off her airway but in a way of showing dominance.

He tilted her face to look at him but her eyes are glued to her lover.

"Hermes."

At the mention of his name Hermes focus returned back to the scene before him.

"Leave, you don't need to see what's about to happen." Zeus says eyes still on Hera.

"What are you going to...."

At that Zeus rips of Hera's dress in one swoop leaving her completely bare. Yet Hera doesn't even flinch.

Hermes turned away to return to his duties, but he looked back into Hera's eyes wanting to see what they held. Yet they had nothing, they no longer had that burning fire or their mischievous glint they were a dull brown holding nothing but a dark void.

He looked away in shame, no longer being able to stand the scene. But he would do one thing for her at least. He walked over to the man's body and retrieved his spirit. He would take him away to the underworld where his spirit could move on. With that small favor he flew away, ashamed.

Zeus' hands began to roam her body every inch of her beautifully sculpted curves. Out of all the women he's seen none did compare to her. Her full, plump breast and round bosom. He was mesmerized it had been much too long since the last time they made love.

He took her nipples into his mouth sipping up the water as it cascaded down her breast. He usually takes his time in relishing her but this was not for pleasure this was punishment.

He shoved her into the muddy grass right next to her so-called beloved if she wanted to look at him so bad so be it.

He easily slid down his trousers and flung them into the mud.

Hera knowing what was about to happen turned away from Aiden's face in shame.

Zeus grabbed her face and turn it back towards the corpse.

"No no no, you want to look at him so bad then you shall wether I'm ravishing you or not."

Hera let out a helpless whimper. She knew he was gone. No longer could his dead eyes see her, but those now lifeless eyes were once the ones that always looked at her so lovingly with lust and longing. Those are the same eyes she dreamed about every time she went to sleep. She didn't want the memory of his emerald green eyes tainted with what she knew would be the worst night of her life.

Zeus hovered over her, hand still tightly wrapped around her neck. He used his knees to spread open her legs. She put up no fight knowing she was no match for him.

She knew what was coming as Zeus entered her she began having flashbacks remembering this feeling all too familiar to her. Just like that night so long ago. The first time he had raped her. How foolish of her to want to protect a bird from the stormy weather if only she knew it'd be the biggest mistake of her life. That night she was so ashamed of herself she'd knew she'd get pregnant just like she would now that's the only reason she had married him. Zeus was relentless and would've done anything to have her at his side. Had she given up too easily? Was it really worth all this pain?

She closed her eyes numbing the sound of Zeus grunting and the pitter-patter of the rain, numbing the feeling of his brutal thrust, numbing the potent smell of blood and a decaying corpse.

She let her mind wander to the memories she shared with Aiden although their time together was short she would forever cherish it, but she couldn't help but be reminded of the body next to her. This is how it would always be. The things these gods do with no one to stop them. They rape and kill and torture whoever they please. She wished, pleaded to herself that there would be something, someone to bring justice to this corrupt world.

She looked up to the dark and gloomy sky with one last plead as Zeus finished inside of her only the first of the many times it would happen tonight.

Hera's wish was heard. The gods have gotten too out of hand, they needed to pay. But they would not be served justice.

No.

It was time for vengeance.
