1 First Day

Ryan Larusso grabs his jacket, backpack, keys, and walks outside of his house. He takes a deep breath and walks to his new school, West Valley High School.

"Alright. Let's go."

A few minutes later, Ryan walks through the hall's, looking for his class. He then bumps into another student with glasses, knocking his glasses off.

"Sorry, I'm still trying to find my way around here. I wasn't paying attention." Ryan says.

He hands the student his glasses from the ground

"No worries, it's kinda hectic. My names Zack Daniels." Zack says, standing up and putting on his glasses.

The two of them then shake hands

"Ryan Larusso. Hey, do you know where Ms. Lewinsky's class is?"

"Yeah, it's down that hall then you make a left."

"Alright cool, thanks."

Ryan is then distracted by a group of students with yellow and black jackets, pushing another student aside while they walk.

"Who's the bad boys in yellow?" Ryan asks.

Zack sighs

"Oh, those are Cobra Kai. A bunch of dicks who do karate. Ethan King is their leader, and the king of highschool."

"Gotcha, staying away from those guys. Well I gotta go, see you around."

"Definitely. Maybe we could sit together at lunch."

"Yeah sure, see you there."

As Zack walks around, he is tripped by a Cobra Kai member. The rest of the group laugh and walk away, leaving him on the ground. Zack slowly stands up, feeling frustrated.

"Jerks." He says to himself as he walks to his class

Meanwhile, As Ryan walks to his class, he sees a beautiful girl with blond hair, arguing with Ethan King. When Ethan walks away, the girl starts crying. Ryan rubs the back of his neck, debating whether or not to walk over to her. He then finally decides to walk over to comfort her.

"Hey ah, is everything ok?" He asks her.

The girl tries to quickly wipe her tears away, turning from Ryan

"I'm fine, I just want to be alone right now."

"Are you sure? I've been told I'm a great listener."

"My boyfriend- ex boyfriend, is just a jackass."

Ryan smirks

"Yeah, all guys are jerks. That's why I prefer girls."

The girl laughs a bit as Ethan watches on in anger and walks away.

"Look, you're a beautiful girl, you'll find the right guy in no time. A guy that's smart enough to realize what they have."

The girl smiles at Ryan.

"Thank you."

"No problem. Welp, I gotta go or I'll be late on my first day."

As Ryan walks away, the girl stops him.

"Hey, what's your name?"

"I'm Ryan Larusso."

Emily smiles

"Emily. Emily Mills."

"Nice to meet you, Emily Mills."

The two smile at each other and walk off. As Ryan approaches his first class, he notices a janitor mopping nearby. When the janitor looks up, Ryan waves at him but he just ignores him. Ryan shrugs it off and walks into his class.
