1 Kakashi's last stand!

Kakashi gripped his kunai tight as he warily watched the monster in the distance. His two red Mangekyou Sharingan eyes, sharp as steel, tracked his opponent. His clothes had all types of tears, burns, and stains from the constant battle he had endured for the past 2 days. His dull silver hair ruffled in the wind as he frowned beneath his mask.

The Rabbit Goddess floated in the air, as she slowly descended. Her robes looked pristine as if she had fought no battle. A light silver aura erupted around her, creating intense winds. Kaguya's two hands were holding the bodies of Naruto and Sasuke. His.... dead students.

Their bodies were inhumanly skinny and grey as a result of Kaguya draining their chakra from them. The clothes on their bodies hung loosely and fluttered in the wind. Their eyes were dark black.

Kakashi's eyes flickered to his other student, Sakura. The marks that indicated her 100 healings Jutsu was gone leaving her skin bare. Her neck was twisted at an odd angle, broken. Kakashi grimaced. Another of his students... dead, adding to the list of his failures.

'Sensei, I failed you.'

Kaguya's three eyes locked on Kakashi and noticed his chakra. It had the last bit of Chakra she needed to become truly complete. Her Byakugan eyes activated, veins bulging around her eyes, and her Rinne-Sharingan glowed a bright red.

Unbeknownst to Kakashi, when Obito had given his Sharingan's to him, he had also given him the last bit of Sage Chakra he had acquired when he was the 10 Tails Jinchuuriki. This was what gave Kakashi the two Mangekyou's and their subsequent abilities. And Sage Chakra was exactly what Kaguya craved.

Kakashi noticed Kaguya's stare and readied himself for his, most likely, last battle ever. His reserves were dwindling and he was about to drop dead from lack of food, water, and stamina.

But he didn't care.

'I know I can't kill her, but I'll try. For my students!' he promised, closing his eyes.

Kakashi suddenly opened them, the symbols in the bright red eyes spinning rapidly. Kaguya grinned sickly and twisted bone spears formed out of her palms. She then rushed at Kakashi with godlike speed. Only to pass through him.

"Kamui!" he shouted.

Kaguya quickly turned around and shot multiple bone spears at Kakashi, only for them to pass through him as he ran towards her. He stopped using his Kamui and quickly attacked her with his Kunai. She batted the kunai away with lightning precision before grabbing Kakashi's wrist and disarming him.

Before Kakashi could use Kamui once more, Kaguya jabbed him in the stomach, leaving him out of breath. She began to drain the chakra from him, as he screamed out in pain. His body was on fire as he felt his small reserves shrink rapidly. Kakashi focused on what little concentration he had and looked to his hand.

Three deep black shurikens appeared in his palm, in the shape of his Mangekyou symbol. Kakashi then threw them at Kaguya. It impacted her arm, stomach, and face, as a swirling spatial distortion appeared where Kakashi hit Kaguya.

"AARRGH!" she screamed like a banshee, as parts of her body were ripped off of her and stuck into the dimension. She dropped Kakashi and he fell to the ground with a thump. He looked on as Kaguya screamed in pain and smiled.

'I may have not have killed her, but I did the best thing.' he thought with pride.

His life force began to waver, as he watched Kaguya regenerated from the wounds. She turned around to him and had an enraged expression on her face. Kakashi met her with a grin visible on his torn mask. She lunged at him, and the last thing Kakashi ever saw was her sharp talons aiming at his face.

He closed his eyes.
