In the near future, four high school friends discover a brand new entertainment technology at their local arcade. The K-belt. A holographic disguise machine used for fun and looking like anyone you can imagine. When they are unable to take the devices home, they steal them and use it to become who they really want to be in the real world. What begins as harmless fun as they each give into their deepest desires and insecurities tragically leads to catastrophe as they are unable to give up this new power and confront the reality of their mediocre lives and who they really are inside.
