Ji Fei then proceeded to give her instructions on how to get to different departments in the organization.

She was most likely to always interact with all of them, so it was really important to familiarize her with different department heads.

From the Research and Development department, to the accounting and finance department, to the Marketing, HR, Administrative, sales and Public Relations, she was directed to meet with their heads and introduced herself as the president's new personal secretary.

By the time she was back from all the office tour, the President had gone for a meeting and she was asked by the head of the secretariat department to resume immediately with loads of work on her assigned desk.

Why was she being tortured when she just resumed work? Is this how someone starts a new job with this much work?

Being a fast learner and an efficient worker always, she started going through the mountain of files before her, using the opportunity to check for any related file with Wei Corporations.

"These are just files to get you accustomed to what your daily routine will be, - The department head said as he opened the door to leave the president's office where Li Nuan desk was placed- read through them and make a report on each before the Presidents' 3pm meeting with Fred Tech"

Isn't that just too much to ask from a newly employed secretary?

The man looked at her and shook his head. "Expect this much work and more everyday as the President's personal secretary.

It wasn't that it was too much of work to Li Nuan, - considering the fact that she had once worked as a secretary for the crown prince of Country D even though it was yet another mission from RYS - but she never wanted to appear suspicious as she didn't mention something of such in her submitted Resume.

Now that it had turned out this way, she still needed to prove to them that she was capable of the position she was assigned to, thus, she started to work on the files s instructed by the department head.

Li Nuan had been working on the files for so long that she lost track of time, she didn't even notice when a godlike heavenly sculptured being opened the door to the presidential office.

The man stood at the door and studied the girl that was immersed in her work; she looked confused as she compared some few opened files on her table but her expression right then was like that of an innocent little dove; hard to connect with the girl in the hell mode training room.

Is this a façade as well? We'll have to wait and see.

Seeing that the girl was too focused on what she was doing to notice his presence, he walked to her table and gave a few knocks on it which prompted the girl to raise her face to meet his deep cold gaze.
