The two main characters of this story are Monique and Michael. Monique lives in Duluth, GA, with her mom, dad and two younger siblings, Lewis and Sophie. She has her whole life ahead of her. She about to turn 18. She attends Charmington High, and always has to be a role model for her younger siblings. With her best friends Rose, Conner, and Lilith. She's never been one for relationships since her ex Colton. But soon meets a charming guy who turns her world upside down. Unlocking things that she's suppressed over the years, she will determine if she is ready to come clean to her family and friends about her dark secrets...

Michael

Michael was born in Suffolk, England. With wealthy parents, he never wants for anything. As he grows older so does his powers. He's not the only child, but gets most of the attention. His parents have 6 kids already, Mathew(25), Scarlet and Mary(23), June and Wyatt(21), and Michael(19). Life was good. Until they adopted 2 more kids, August and Willow. He never minded Willow's company, she always stayed out of his way. But August always had to be the center of attention. He cracks and tells his parents how he is feeling but instead of being understanding.... they do something he thought would never happen.
