So please understand why it is not as thrilling or exciting as others, my MC is old and generally aloof towards things that don't matter to her. I accept constructive criticism, they are helpful in writing. Just don't mention much about grammar, I am not very skilled in that aspect. And another thing, please excuse some wrong pronounce used time to time, there are just somethings that cannot be detected during proofreading and only on the actual publishing. I don't have someone who can spot those for me before posting my chapters. Edit 4/23/21 Things finally got caught up at the current chapter I wrote this edit. Showing a hint of romance(though how it will develop is a little up to the air as this is not on Leila's mind at all) and the turning point of the for everyone in the story. I admit I had a hard time controlling the plot since I was use to making short stories. But I think I finally got the handle of it a little.
