The 2 god-tier items had fused with the bear and were creating a monster core in him until an outside force started putting all of its primal energy. the 2 weapons just let it do that because it would be helpful for the host, after that was done forming his race changed from baby black bear to baby primal black bear. meanwhile, with the bear something happened, he felt himself getting more powerful and felt a lot of pain with his bones breaking and his skin falling off to regrow as the bear changed races and had his magic core-forming at the same time(both considered a very painful process) his mental strength grew as well as he was no longer under the control of the forest (well not full-body control I mean emotional control) and he thought about revenge which kept the spirit that was helping him interested. after a while, his heart had fully transformed into his magic core and he had now become a first stage monster.
