1 I Got Dumped

In his dim lighted room, Ji Chen can be seen in front of his monitor deeply immersed in his little world. He's currently sulking about his loss and was waiting for his goddess' return. He has been staring at that grayed-out name in his friends list however, everything was in vain.

But despite the dampening feelings that he has right now, he cannot definitely give up halfway his love story, right?

Immediately, he hovered his cursor over that name and clicked message to leave his heartfelt memo for her.

Sound of keyboard typing can be heard reverberating in the entire room.

Awesome Chen: Hey.. Why haven't you been online for quite some time now? Are you busy? BTW, when you get online PM me right away I have something to give you from an event that you missed.

"Hey.."

"Hey!!"

"Heyyyy!??"

Receiving no reply from the love of his life, he decided to take a break first from playing the game. He was in the middle of logging out from his account when suddenly, multiple ding sounds can be heard from his team channel. He badly wanted to just ignore everyone for the meantime however, due to his responsibility as the guild leader, he has to uphold his position and take command to his loyal dogs, I mean troops. He nonchalantly opened the team channel and was bombarded by their unlimited gossips and nonsense.

"Hey Boss! What's up with that creasing forehead of yours? I thought we are going to be teaming up with your wifey for today's events? Are you coming or what?" PK Master said while having an impatient tone.

Everyone was silent for a while when suddenly, the usually aloof Xtremenator like he lives out of this world replied, " She's not on right now."

" Again??" Puppeteer bawled out and then added. "Are you going to bypass this event again because of your MIA partner Boss?"

Feeling too displeased with their leader's inactivity, PK Master suggested in a moment, "Just divorce already so that you will not miss it again. She's just a waste of time and rewards."

"She?? I thought that was a he in a female's avatar. LOL!" Puppeteer jested to lighten the heavy environment.

" LMAO I never thought you would bend the other way Boss," Xtremenator's time to join in the fun.

" Just shut up already! I am not in the mood to have fun with you guys right now. And don't ever have the wrong idea about her, she's a girl okay?! Girls are so sensitive, she might cry if she'll know what you guys thinks of her," Awesome Chen felt dejected.

Reading Ji Chen's string of words, PK Master flooded the entire team channel with his thoughts while the other three zipped their mouth to avoid the backlash of their boss.

"Are you sure about that?"

" Have you seen her offline?"

" Is she smoking hot?"

" I doubt that will be the case. In game, it's either an ugly girl playing or posers."

" …"

" …."

" ...…..!"

Ji Chen remained silent for a while before replying, " I… No. I was planning to meet up with her this weekend but when I was trying to muster up all of my courage to confess to her, she disconnected and never played again."

The team channel's atmosphere become slightly stiff and awkward but that specific silence inly lasted for 2 seconds and everything was shrouded by everyone's uproar once again.

" Hahahahahaha what a major turn off!"

" Hahahahaha ROFL."

The cold Xtremenator added water in boiling oil and said with an indifferent tone, "I won't laugh. They've laughed at you enough on my behalf." But after a few seconds of silence, his soft condescending laughter can be seen on his message. "Ha-Ha."

Everyone except Ji Chen was in tears due to laughter because of Xtremenator and couldn't help but warn him a little.

" You moron. We thought you said you won't laugh!" PK Master berated.

" Haha I did. I have my poker face on while typing. Hahahaha," Xtremenator replied.

PK Master:" …"

Puppeteer: "…"

K.O.: "…"

Awesome Chen: "…"

Everyone was suddenly lost in thought on what kind of sorcery Xtremenator used to achieve his great performance a few moments ago when suddenly LT broke the fun for just a short instant.

Lunch Thief: Eh?? What's in here guys?

PK Master: Someone got dumped.

Lunch Thief: Ehhh??!! Who??

K.O.: Guess who?

Lunch Thief: Ah Chen??

Puppeteer: Hahahahaha How'd you know?

Xtremenator: Are you a psychic?

K.O.: LOL.

Lunch Thief: Of course, I know! It's very easy to guess.

PK Master: Just spill it already. Don't leave us hanging.

Lunch Thief: You guys really don't know? -_-

Lunch Thief: Rrreally!!? And here I thought I was the slowest in this group!

LT Appeared to be deep in thought since it took him 10 seconds to answer.

Lunch Thief: because he's a TRASH… don't you think?

Puppeteer: Bwahahahaha mayday, mayday someone's injured. Someone fell off from his seat reading. XD

PK Master: Shut up! I just lost balance okay?? And why the hell did you know I fell off?!

Xtremenator: Yo guys, I never really have thought that LT is so smart. I never thought that @Awesome Chen is a trash. Where did my brains go? Did I drop it off somewhere?

PK Master: The heck with your brain? You don't have one in the first place! Hahaha

Amidst the entire laughter and uproar in the lively team channel, they suddenly heard a specific ding sound that broke the atmosphere.
