Just A Fling

Just a fling is a book about eighteen year old Alexis Ocasio who decides to attend Bevard against all her older brother, Noah's warnings. As soon as she begins her freshman year, she makes new friends. Dianne who is a sophomore and Amarr who is a junior but she sets off on the wrong foot with her roommate, Candace, a sophomore who already seems to hate her. On the first day of lectures, she comes across Emanie, the popular hot senior who seems to be into her and as time goes on, they get closer and closer. Her friends aren't so happy about the relationship, especially Amarr who has now developed feelings for her so they warn her against him but Alexis is so fascinated by the benefits of hanging out with a senior that she is blinded towards Emanie's red flags and she ignores all the warnings, hurting her friends along the way. Soon Alexis' life comes crashing down when Emanie sleeps with her and tells the whole school about it, painting her as some sort of a whore just to get revenge for what Noah had done to him months ago. This greatly affects Alexis but soon she gets back up and decides to hit Emanie back where it really hurts.
