The entire Oubliecave ( O'cave ) was filled with Blue.

But nothing happened to Hoffy even when covered in Blue flames.

It's like the flames are cheering on contact with Hoffy's body with long earning.

When Hoffy kept a foot filled with fear,

The blue flames covering her started separating from her body and forming a humanoid structure similar to a full body armor.

The Luminescent Blue flames over the other areas in the O'cave started forming a flame whirlpool and was getting sucked into a certain area in the O'cave which was on Hoffy's left.
