1 Epilogue

A Pain, a pain so harsh you thought you could die...that's what I felt when the love of my life told me I had to leave.

It was a Saturday morning, I had just made breakfast and she came out with a stern look on her face. One that gives you the creeps, but you can't stop looking.

"You need to leave..Right now."

Her voice came out frail and shaky. My first thoughts were that I left my underwear on the floor again, but that wouldn't be right. I'm wearing them right now. Then I saw what she was holding, my journal. The one where I keep all my thoughts and secrets in. A streak of panic washed over my face when I looked back up there and I asked one simple question.

"Why?"

Her next movement was aimed for my face, her arm suddenly flying into the air and my journal coming straight for my head. I quickly duck down missing it by a second. I roll from behind the counter slamming into a chair. She picks up another object that just casually sits on a desk and throws it at me too. While all of this is happening I'm desperately trying to find which part of the journal she found so upsetting. Its not like I talk about all the guys that I see walking on the streets, because im totally not secretly gay or anything… SHIT. Well this was getting boring anyway, I gotta get outta this apartment, I'll just buy new clothes later.

I look around the room analyzing what my options are and I see the window in front of me. I nod to myself, get up and start charging towards it. The only thing I hear next is.

"WAIT, NO!"

Too late, my body collides with the glass making it shatter into millions of millions of pieces and I end up flying through it.

Ah the air is cool against my skin. Everything is so bright but only for meer seconds when I slam face first into dirt. A couple people gasp around me when they see where I've come from and some others come rushing to see if I'm okay. All I do is stand up, wobble a little and continue walking down the street as if nothing happened.

I am the God of Death after all, I can't die here.
