19 CHAPTER 15

The first sight that greeted Julia's eyes was a ray of sunlight that was shining from a long space in between two curtains, It shone on her face, the day was indeed bright, she raised her right hand to her head, which was banging.

Squinting her eyes against the sunlight, she sat up straight on a king sized bed. While rubbing her face, She opened her eyes and was fully awake. She looked around the room she was in, trying to remember where she is and how she had gotten here.

Julia noticed that the room she was in, was a luxurious one, so quiet and well furnished, the room was well decorated with colourful artworks, gem stones, Tall, glass, windows, black and white tiles, and a chandelier hanging from the tall ceiling, Infact the room was like a castle.

She couldn't recall how she ended up here no matter how hard she tried.

" What happened to me?

How did I get here? "

She wondered.

Thinking too hard, gave her a head ache, she felt a sudden sharp pain in her stomach.

As she tried to get up from the bed, she felt a sharp pain in her head. She removed the big blanket that had been covering her half naked body. She was currently dressed in her bikini.

Julia closed her eyes, trying to recall what happened last night.

"Did I sleep with someone? "

She asked herself. She looked around trying to see anything that will trigger her memory, then she saw her dress neatly folded on the couch.

All of a sudden, a thought ran through her mind and javino's handsome face flashed before her eyes, this jolted her memory, she suddenly remembered everything that happened last night. She realized that she had followed javino home.

" But why?" She wondered

" That's unlike me. "

She thought to herself.

"I'm sure he drugged me. "

She says sadly, holding back her tears.

"That bastard! How could he just abandon me here."

She snorted angrily.

"Thank God, he didn't hurt me."

She says with a sigh of relief.

Julia knew she was a virgin and she remembered seeing him leave her behind, She couldn't remember sleeping with him, she only recalls kissing him. Sonia was so wrong about him.

She looked at the closed door standing a distance from her. and a harsh thought ran through her mind.

"I just hope, I'm not kidnapped in this room, is the door even locked?" She wondered.

She heard her phone ringing on a small table beside the bed she was on, So she picked up her phone and saw that she had seven missed calls from Dante' She wondered why he was calling her, then she remembered her purse.

Julia glanced through the room and saw that it was on a table by her right, she took her purse and opened it.

She sighed in relief when she saw that things were still intact, which means Javino wasn't a thief. Only a handsome jerk.

She frowned when she sees a bundle of cash wrapped with a fancy, red, ribbon with javino's name written across a white paper wrap that held the currency notes together.

" How much is this?"

She wondered.

" Javino isn't so bad after all."

She thought to herself. And smiled appreciatively. She got up and looked around the room.

A glass of wine was on a table and under it was a white piece of paper, she held the paper and read the note, which says.

" Good morning beautiful,

How was your night? Sorry about last night, I had to go, it was a family emergency, and I didn't want to disturb your sleep. I really enjoyed last night and I know you did, But anyways, I left some money in your purse, buy whatever you like, I hired a chef to make your breakfast and another person to be your driver so you can go home safely. Also, I saved my number in your phone so call me if you need anything.

PS: you've got the most beautiful nipples I have ever seen. ( Julia smiled. )

She frowned.

He signed his name at the bottom of the yellow paper.

Julia grinned at the note, squeezed it and threw it on the floor.

" Jerk ! " she exclaimed in annoyance. Then she blushed, remembering the fun of last night. She was grateful for the money in her purse but upset that he deceived her and took advantage of her naive, helpless, attitude.
