The Battle Of the Strongest 1

As the hours ticked by before the Battle for the Strongest, the anticipation among the sorcerer community reached a fever pitch. The four major sorcerer families and numerous smaller clans sailed around the island, all gathered to witness the spectacle of the century, perhaps even the millennium. The showdown between the Patriarch of the Senju Clan and the Genius of the Gojo Clan was set to define the peak of power in the sorcerer world.

Senju Hiroshi and Gojo Satoru, along with Suguru Geto and Yuki Tsukumo, were known as the four strongest sorcerers, with Hiroshi and Satoru poised to fight for the title of the strongest. The news of their impending battle had drawn sorcerers from all corners of Japan, both jujutsu sorcerers and cursed users, to watch the clash. All eyes were on the island, where the fate of the title would be decided, and where the ceiling of power in the sorcerer world would be revealed.

For Hiroshi and Satoru, the battle was not just a display of power, but also a chance to showcase their techniques. Despite the knowledge that their opponents were aware of their abilities, both were confident in their strength. Few could challenge them, and even fewer had any hope of defeating them.

The island where the battle would take place was barren, three square kilometers in size, with drones already hovering overhead, ready to capture every moment of the showdown. Countdown timers adorned the screens of the ships surrounding the island, with the major sorcerer families gathered on a massive cruise ship owned by one of the Senju companies. Other clans opted for smaller ships, distancing themselves from the Big Four.

"Old Man Zenin, I didn't think you would be here," Hiroto Senju said. Naobito Zenin, the Patriarch of the Zenin Clan, had always disliked the Senju, but now he was here, indicating the importance attached to this fight.

"Old? You're old too, Senju," Naobito Zenin replied. "Any Ten Shadows User in the clan yet?" Hiroto asked teasingly, proud of his nephew and the fact that the Zenins had yet to produce a Ten Shadows practitioner.

"There is already, still training," Naobito said as he downed a chug from his gourd. But he himself knew that there wasn't a Ten Shadows User in the Zenin Clan yet. This particular reason is why he was anxious. Among the big four, the Kamo already had Noritoshi Kamo's blood manipulation, the Gojo had the Six Eyes and Limitless in one through Gojo Satoru, the Senju already had their patriarch and were the strongest of the bunch, inheriting the Spell of the Divine Tree and the absurd amounts of cursed energy reserves. Only their clan was left. If there was not a Ten Shadows User in the Zenin Clan soon, their competitiveness would soon decline.

Hearing Naobito Zenin's reply, Hiroto knew the old man was pulling that response out of his ass.

"Who do you think will win, my nephew, or the Gojo kid?" Hiroto asked.

"I, for one, would vote for my son, Senju Hiroto," a silver-haired man appeared with his entourage of sorcerers, joining the conversation with Naobito.

Hiroto looked at the aged man and chuckled. "It is without a doubt my nephew, Gojo Takeshi."

An old man also appeared beside them along with his entourage of sorcerers. "So, the Big 4 has gathered once more," Chisuke Kamo said, indicating that the Senju, Zenin, Gojo, and Kamo Clan had gathered in one place again.

Hiroto gazed at the screen. "Look, it's starting." His words gathered the old men's attention to the screens. Sorcerers from the clans began gathering in the cinema part of the cruise ship, and a silver-haired woman began counting money, wearing a dress for eye candy.

"Miss Mei, you look beautiful today," Utahime said as she prepared to be the commentator, while wearing a suit.

"Utahime, don't you like to be praised as beautiful and be paid in the millions just by standing here?" Mei Mei said, smirking. She made no secret that she loved money.

On the island

Hiroshi and Satoru stood apart. Hiroshi was wearing a black and gold martial arts uniform with a dragon icon behind him, while Satoru wore white laced with black.

"Took you long enough, Satoru," Hiroshi smirked. "I took my training seriously, Hiroshi, just so you know, just to take back that title from you," Satoru said seriously, his eyes glowing blue with power.

"Remember, Satoru, this is a fight until either one of us is unconscious, incapacitated, or as close to death," Hiroshi warned. "I'm fully aware of the consequences of this challenge," Satoru Gojo said.

"What do you say we start this off with a bang?" Hiroshi smirked as he began emitting cursed energy, as did Satoru. "Took the words right out of my mouth," Satoru said as both backed off to the ends of the island.

Hiroshi pointed his finger, gathering cursed energy at the fingertip, compressing it again and again until its form twisted and began to show signs of space around it folding, all the while chanting, "Incandescent, devastating, blinding, unleashed..."

At the same time, Satoru Gojo began chanting.

"Nine ropes, polarized light, crow and shomyo, the gap between within and without," he held his hands as if charging something.

And like in unison, the buildup of cursed energy was done, and simultaneously they fired at the same time, both at the start at 120%.

"Maximum output: Gran Rey Cero!"

"Hollow Technique: Purple!"

Suddenly, from Hiroshi, a jet-black beam of energy that seemed to bend space made its way towards Satoru. Simultaneously, a purple beam of energy made its way to Hiroshi.

Both attacks hit each other with a big explosion and blinding light.

But for Hiroshi, he felt like something was wrong, and he was right. His Gran Rey Cero wasn't enough, as Gojo Satoru's Hollow Purple, despite being weakened by his attack, was still coming towards him. But he realized that the attack was too fast to dodge, and thus,

"Summoning Technique: Quintuple Rashomon!" Hiroshi summoned, using a talisman.

Five Rashomon gates began rising up swiftly as Hiroshi simultaneously used Domain Amplification to brace himself. The moment Hollow Purple made contact with the Rashomon Gates, it bore holes into all five gates and hit Hiroshi directly, enveloping him in a cloud of dust.

Seeing Hiroshi get hit by the Hollow Purple attack, Hiroto grew nervous, as did the Senju. "Hollow Purple? It seems like your Gojo Clan has more secrets than I imagined, Takeshi," Hiroto said to Gojo Takeshi, Gojo Satoru's father.

Takeshi smirked triumphantly. "My son was born with both Limitless and Six Eyes. Without a doubt, he will win, and it's not strange that he has mastered the Hollow Purple."

"You mind telling us the technique?" Hiroto asked.

"No," Takeshi said bluntly. "Whatever, we can see it anyway," Hiroto said as he continued watching.

In another part of the ship, Suguru was watching alongside Shoko and Masamichi Yaga, their mentor.

"Hiroshi got hit," Shoko stated the obvious.

"Well, he is not exactly the type to get one-shotted," Suguru said as he watched intently.

Back at the island,

Hiroshi wiped off the dust from his clothes as it settled. He was thinking, "I had always wondered what sort of attack Hollow Purple was. It's said that it's an anti-matter attack, the fusion of attraction and repulsion born by colliding both infinites, thus creating an imaginary mass that rushes forth. The target experiences push and pull simultaneously, making it erase everything in existence. But to make it easier to understand, it's a literal piercing damage with no defense strong enough, unless you're me," Hiroshi chuckled.

As the dust settled and the opponents stood across from each other, their energy blasts bore a straight line across the island.

"You have improved, Satoru! But I admit I lost that one!" Hiroshi said as he rushed forth. In a blink of an eye, he was right in front of Gojo Satoru.

Hiroshi threw hands directly at Satoru, both opponents looking serious and fierce.

Hiroshi threw a left hook directly at Satoru. Simultaneously, Satoru would counter with parrying. Both opponents exchanged blows, but just as Hiroshi punched forward, Satoru suddenly lay down instantly, and in that moment, Satoru pointed upwards as the ground beneath Hiroshi was tossed upwards.

Hiroshi, who was on top of the elevating rubble, directly smashed it with a stomp, and debris splattered across the battlefield.

"Nice Trick! Try Mine! Shinboku no Jumon: Deep Forest Emergence!" Hiroshi invoked.

Suddenly, from the ground around Hiroshi, thick roots and branches began to emerge rapidly, intertwining and growing into a dense forest. The forest expanded outward, encompassing the battlefield and creating a labyrinthine maze of vegetation.

"Maximum Output: Blue!" Satoru cleared a portion of the forest. "I know that trick, Hiroshi. Do better!" Satoru taunted. "I wouldn't say that if I were you," retorted Hiroshi, standing on a nearby tree.

Satoru looked at the ground as he realized there was a buildup of cursed energy from below. A massive hand made of trees tried to grab onto Satoru, but as he dodged, Hiroshi was there to intercept. Hiroshi's fist hit true as he used Domain Amplification to bypass Satoru Gojo's Limitless. As Hiroshi did this, Satoru spat out blood and a tooth.

"Pft," Satoru spat out blood and a tooth from his mouth as he wiped it off. "First blood," Hiroshi declared.

"Good hit. Domain Amplification actually directly bypassed Limitless without stopping," Satoru acknowledged.

"That punch actually hit harder than I thought it would," Satoru thought as he touched his cheek, healing it with the Reverse Cursed Technique.

On the ship,

Seeing Satoru spit blood, Hiroto looked at Takeshi, smirking, while Takeshi clicked his tongue.

Naobito Zenin, observing Hiroshi and Satoru, realized, "Domain Amplification enabled that Senju kid to bypass The Limitless, but as far as I know, there will be a buffer time, no matter how small, before Amplification can actually bypass it because it takes time for a domain amplification to draw in their opponent's cursed technique."

Hearing this, Hiroto said, "Hiroshi is just better than us, that I can shamelessly say. Two sorcerers at the top fighting; the last time this happened was 400 years ago, where a Ten Shadows user against the same Limitless and Six-Eyed user died together."

Hearing about their clans' past bad blood, Naobito and Takeshi looked at each other, displeased.

"Hey Suguru, how is Hiroshi bypassing Satoru's Limitless?" Shoko asked.

"Domain Amplification. Think of it as an empty barrier that absorbs cursed techniques. In Satoru's case, his Limitless is being absorbed into that emptiness, enabling Hiroshi to hit him," Suguru explained.

"Well explained, Geto," Masamichi Yaga commended.

Back to the forest,

"How did you counter my Hollow Purple?" Satoru asked.

Hiroshi and Satoru looked at each other, catching their breaths for a bit.

"Our attacks collided, weakening it. I summoned five gates that had the absolute defense trait, further weakening the attack. Upon reaching me, I had Domain Amplification," Hiroshi summarized, illustrating the strategic depth and cunning he employed to withstand Satoru's formidable attack.

After exchanging a few words, Hiroshi and Satoru resumed their close-quarters combat amidst the labyrinthine maze of trees. The area Satoru Gojo had cleared was quickly reclaimed by the forest's growth, adding another layer of challenge to their battle. Time and time again, Satoru found himself not only fighting Hiroshi but also contending with the ever-shifting environment. Wooden hands reached out from unexpected angles, sudden branches extended to impede his movements.

As Hiroshi swung a right, Satoru parried upwards, extending his right hand towards Hiroshi, using "Reversal: Red." The red hit Hiroshi as he was flung back, creating a line across the forest.

Despite the point-blank range impact of Reversal Red, Hiroshi quickly stood back up. Although he benefited from Domain Amplification, the attack had left its mark. "Just a scratch," Hiroshi muttered, his wounds regenerating almost instantly. Aside from some wear and tear on his outfit, he was as good as new.

With a quick survey, Hiroshi realized his forest had been cleared once again by Satoru.

"Not letting me have an advantage, huh?" Hiroshi remarked, a slight grin on his face despite the setback.

"Never," Satoru responded, his fingers gesturing a familiar preparation for what was to come next.

Hiroshi also put his hands together.

"Domain Expansion: Unlimited Void!"

"Domain Expansion: Divine Tree Emergence!"

Hiroshi and Satoru's domains clashed: Hiroshi's domain was a massive god tree with lush green leaves and a sky-blue backdrop, while Satoru's resembled an endless void, akin to outer space, with a large black hole, distant galaxies, and numerous white patches in the background.

While Hiroshi was smirking, Satoru's eyes widened. He realized that he was falling behind against Hiroshi's domain. Unlimited Void was shrinking.

"That's bad," Satoru thought, his mind racing to find ways to win this bout. Hiroshi, who was smirking, then said, "You don't really think a year's practice can beat my domain, Satoru?"

In the ship, observing the domain expansions of both sides, the clan leaders had different reactions.

"Launching domain expansions? Isn't that too fast?" Naobito said.

"No, Zenin. For an old drunkard, you don't seem to realize it," Takumi Gojo replied.

"And what is that?" Naobito inquired slightly annoyed.

"In a battle of the strongest, their domains will be the tipping point of the fight," Hiroto explained. He then directed his attention to Takumi, asking, "That said, Takumi, how long has your kid had his domain?" with a smirk.

"Hehe, he mastered it within a few months," Takumi Gojo boasted.

"Hahahahaha!" Hiroto laughed. "What's so funny? Have you gone senile already, Senju?" Takumi Gojo retorted provocatively.

"No... If your kid just mastered it this year, then he has already lost!" Hiroto declared proudly.

Hearing Hiroto's words, Takumi Gojo felt a sense of unease as he glanced at the screen. The domain battle had ended, with a bloodied and bruised Satoru Gojo still standing, badly injured and trying his best to heal himself.

"A few minutes earlier..."

"You don't really think a year's practice can beat my domain, Satoru," Hiroshi smirked. "You're undoubtedly a genius; I'll give you that for being able to master domain expansion within a few months. But I had already mastered it when I was seven and have been refining it until it can't be refined anymore."

Hearing this, Satoru realized he had underestimated Hiroshi. Hiroshi stood there, hands together. The more Satoru added more cursed energy to maintain his domain, Hiroshi would simultaneously do the same.

Within moments, Satoru's domain crumbled, leaving him vulnerable to a barrage of sure-hit attacks resembling massive roots and vines swinging menacingly at him. As he endured the assault, his cursed energy reserves plummeted rapidly under the draining influence of Hiroshi's lethal domain. Each strike inflicted both physical injury and a rapid depletion of cursed energy, leaving Satoru reeling under the relentless assault.

Faced with this onslaught, Satoru crouched low and used a Simple domain to counteract Hiroshi's sure-hit effects. Simultaneously, he activated his reversed cursed technique, harnessing its power in a desperate bid to turn the tide of the battle.

"Oh no, you don't!" Hiroshi attacked, trying to prevent Satoru from healing.

Hiroshi threw an upper-cut palm and a low right kick. Seeing this, Satoru was forced to fight. He parried Hiroshi's palm to the side and intercepted the low kick with his own. But on the periphery of Satoru's vision, he saw Hiroshi still standing there, holding his palms together. Realizing it was a clone that he was fighting, Satoru concluded, "This is a clone; then I can take down the domain if I hit the real Hiroshi."

Satoru allowed himself to be hit by Hiroshi's clone and used the force from the kick to distance himself. Simultaneously, he aimed at Hiroshi and chanted, "Reversal: Red!"

Hiroshi saw this and blocked it with a wooden wall. However, he then noticed the red circling around the god tree and homing towards him. A multitude of walls began to rise up, obstructing the red.

Satoru chanted, "Phase Paramita Pillars of Light," thereby strengthening the red to bore through every obstruction and hit Hiroshi.

As he got hit, Hiroshi's domain was cancelled, and the barriers went down. Satoru was bleeding and bruised from the sure-hit effects of Hiroshi's domain.

Hiroshi stood up, his wound from the red already healed. "Neat party trick, Satoru," he smirked.

"What a pain that was," Satoru remarked, patting off the dust from his clothes, his wounds healing rapidly but leaving scars from the reversed cursed technique.

Observing Hiroshi, Satoru pondered, "He should be wounded from getting hit by Red... How did he do it? Reversed Cursed Technique? But RCT does not heal that fast," trying to make sense of Hiroshi's durability.

Meanwhile, Hiroshi stood there, realizing something. "My template is Hashirama, but I can't move at lightspeed... The Narutoverse is quite literally moving at lightspeed in combat. Perhaps these are the adjustments done by ROB. I'm limited to hypersonic movement... And perhaps this is the ceiling of this world," Hiroshi thought.

"Ready for Round 2, Satoru?" Hiroshi smirked as he put his hands together.

"Any time!" Satoru replied, his finger poised over the other once again.

"Domain Expansion!" Both simultaneously opened their domains once again.

On the ship, the old men were watching.

"Using reversed cursed technique immediately after domain expansion?" Naobito looked at Satoro Gojo as if he was witnessing something impossible.

"It is... possible?" Takumi Gojo said, baffled by how his son was operating.

"The fact that your son is doing it... it is possible," Hiroto said seriously, looking at Satoru, and he was pleased to see that his nephew was only wearing damaged clothes and standing without wounds.

"Domain expansion again?" Chisuke Kamo questioned.

"I can only use it once, and then I'm done," Hiroto said, marveling at the fact that both fighters were using domain expansion once again.
