Normal Citizens who can't use Magic, this is around 80% of the Earth's population.

0-10

You can only be qualified to learn Magic at this Level, but are still ranked Low of the Low, and won't be skilled enough in Magic to fight any kind of Magic Beast.

11-20

You have some Magic Power, but still not much, you would die against a Magic Beast at this level still.

21-30

Your Ranking is higher than others, but most who have Magic Aptitude qualify to be in this bracket on the listings.

31-40

You are top notch and will be a Leader of Society one day with this kind of power, if trained properly.

41-60

You will be hailed as a Hero one day, and everyone will want to be just like you.

61-100
