747 Escavalier Vs Accelgor

Julian looked at his now Escavalier, his team has become stronger with this addition to his team, Escavalier also seems very excited as it finally evolved and won't be held behind by his small size and now he can compete with his friends in a fair battle.

Trace also looked at his Accelgor and got very excited, his Shelmet has finally evolved and now its looks more powerful and cool, a bug ninja, this was the impression of Julian when he saw this pokemon.

Trace looked at Julian excited and wanted to battle him.

Trace "Can we have a battle, I will soon get my training license so I want to get ready before I head out on my own journey"

Julian asked.

Trace "Yes, one is right here in this park let's go"

Trace took Julian towards the nearest battlefield and both of them took their stance, the people who saw these two pokemon evolve also followed as they wanted to see the battle, few people who were around the battlefield also approached them as they wanted to see the battle.

Julian "Ok then, make the first move"

Trace "Accelgor, use Bug Bite"

Trace called out his first move and his Accelgor launched itself straight towards Julian's Escavalier, Julian is surprised by the speed this Accelgor displayed, it was clearly a very good pokemon with great potential and if trained properly can become a champion level pokemon under a champion.

Julian could already tell that Trace has no experience when it comes to battling, even though his pokemon is a special type attacker and has the greater speed advantage, he still made the choice to get close to Escavalier, no pokemon trainer with enough experience would make this mistake.

Julian "Use Quick Guard"

Julian could end this with one move but he didn't he wanted to see if Trace just made a mistake or he really is very inexperienced.

Quick Guard is a type of move that can always allow a slower pokemon to block the enemy's attack no matter how fast they are, even the very fast Accelgor couldn't land its Bug Bite because Escavalier already blocked the attack by crossing his two sharp metal hands, the teeth of Accelgor only bit into the hard metal.

Escavalier then pushed Accelgor back with just a single movement displaying his strength and showing that he is way stronger than Accelgor.

Trace saw this and tightly held his fist.

Trace "Make some distance and use Signal Beam"

This time Trace made the right choice and moved back, it is dangerous for his Accelgor to stay this close to Escavalier, it quickly moved back and Escavalier couldn't do anything as his speed is shit, he is even slower than his previous form, but for that speed that he sacrificed, he got great attack stats and very good defense and special defense.

Accelgor shot a powerful Signal Beam at Escavalier.

Julian "Counter it with Slash"

As the Signal Beam got closer, Escavalier just swiped his sharp pointy hand and destroyed the move in one movement.

Julian "Use Bug Buzz"

Julian didn't stop this time and attacked, even though Escavalier's special attack is not great, it is average and for a pokemon of Accelgor, it is enough to knock it out, the Bug Buzz was very fast and hit Accelgor and sent it flying backward and then crashed into the ground.

Trace's Accelgor fainted after that, Julian was a little relieved by seeing this, he didn't want to hurt Trace Pokemon badly, if he used a physical attack on it, it would be directly sent to the pokemon center.

Trace was shocked by this outcome and looked a little disappointed, even though his Shelmet evolved, it lost so easily.

Julian comforted him. Trace listened to Julian carefully and understood what Julian said, he hasn't even started his trainer journey and he still has a long way to go before he defeats a real pokemon trainer.

He said and left leaving everyone behind, he is late and he needs to get to Caitlin's mansion as she must be waiting.
