5th Stage of Spirit Channeling Realm

The underlings of both packs rushed towards the poor terrified 4-Armed Kangaroo in a frenzy. The kangaroo screamed in terror, trying to hastily retreat. Alas, it was too slow, the wolves from both sides reached the 4-Armed Kangaroo before it could move far.

The kangaroo was pounced on by 4 wolves simultaneously, and the other wolves around them started a battle with each other for this delicious prey. The leaders of both packs stared at the 4-Armed Kangaroo with greedy gazes, the leader of the grey-horned wolves was even salivating.

The leader of the grey-horned wolves and the other leader made eye contact, they saw the hostile expression on each other's faces with no intent to retreat. They charged at each other!

The 2 Leaders were much faster compared to their underlings, they intertwined in an instant. The battle between these 2 leaders was even more gruesome and intense compared to their underlings. The innocent 4-Armed Kangaroo had already been ripped to shreds at this point, its 2 remaining limbs and body were scattered across the ground. The wolves had no time to eat it as they were all locked in battle.

Tang Yin watched this gruesome battle from behind a tree, a cold smirk was visible on his lips. He had expected as much when he had come up with this idea. He stared intently at the fight between the 2 wolf leaders while staying vigilant of his surroundings. From the fight between these 2 Mid-Tier, Rank 1 Demonic Beasts, he would be able to see the way they fought and increase his knowledge on the way Demonic Beasts fought, he would use this knowledge to come up with effective countermeasures for the future.

15 minutes passed by, currently, most of the wolf underlings had become corpses littered all over the floor. There was only 1 grey-horned wolf underling that had survived the battle royale between all the underlings. This single wolf was badly injured, despite this, it still joined the fight alongside its leader to fight against the blue-furred wolf.

The 2 leaders of the wolves were still locked in an intense fight, but they had numerous wounds all over their bodies, with a slash, the blue-furred wolf sent the underling grey-horned wolf flying.

The underling grey-horned wolf did not get back up, it had died from that slash. However, the price for killing the grey-horned underling wolf was to be exposed for a moment, the grey-horned wolf leader took this chance to land a huge blow to the blue-furred wolf's abdomen.

Splurt

The blue-furred wolf had its abdomen ripped open by the grey-horned wolf leader, blood dyed the grass like a waterfall, but it wasn't enough to kill it. However, the blue-furred wolf was now at a severe disadvantage in the fight, it was much more injured compared to the grey-horned wolf.

The grey-horned wolf leader pounced on the blue-furred wolf and bit into its neck, the blue-furred wolf was too badly injured, it had lost most of its mobility and was barely hanging on by a thread. The moment the grey-horned wolf leader bit into its neck, the battle had been decided.

Suddenly, at an unknown point in time, Tang Yin appeared behind the grey-horned wolf leader wielding the Abyssal Sword. The grey-horned wolf leader was alarmed, but it was too Injured and tired at the moment, while Tang Yin was at his peak. Tang Yin brought down his sword, and with a slash, the grey-horned wolf leader's head flew into the air.

The blue-furred wolf was not dead yet, it still had a hint of life within it. It stared at Tang Yin before charging at him, Tang Yin dodged to the side like he did with the One-Eyed ape and spun his sword around the blue-furred wolf's neck, its head also flew into the air.

Tang Yin stood in the middle of a pool of blood, there were 2 Mid-Tier Rank 1 Demonic Beast heads at his feet. Beyond that were the 13 corpses of the underlings of both wolf leaders mixed in with the torn-up 4-Armed Kangaroo.

'I must quickly Devour everything ' Tang Yin knew he had to be quick, otherwise, the smell of blood in this place would attract powerful Demonic Beasts which even he could not fight against.

He sat down cross-legged outside the pool of blood, where the fresh green untainted grass was. 'Heaven Devouring Abyss Martial Spirit' Tang Yin called out in his head. A black vortex imbued with black and red lightning appeared behind him.

'Devour' Tang Yin commanded, the souls of all the Demonic Beasts including the 2 wolf leaders rose from their dead bodies in an illusory form and flew into the Heaven Devouring Abyss Martial Spirit with a vacant look.

Next was the blood, flesh and bones of all these Demonic Beasts, it all gathered towards Tang Yin's Martial Spirit and was rapidly being absorbed in a shocking manner.

BANG

After completely absorbing the blood, flesh and bones of the 13 Low Tier and 2 Mid-Tier Rank 1 Demonic Beasts, a bang erupted from Tang Yin's body. '5th stage of the Spirit Channelling Realm, so quick!' Tang Yin was shocked even though he had expected such a rise in his cultivation.

However, he had no time to be happy about his cultivation advancing to the 5th stage, the smell of blood had already attracted many powerful Demonic Beasts, he could hear low roars and growls from the trees further ahead becoming louder and closer.

Tang Yin had reached his goal of reaching the 5th stage of the Spirit Channelling Realm, it was time to leave the Demonic Beast Forest and return to Maple Leaf City.
