...A certain unnamed man was laying on his couch watching his favorite show, Naruto. He was rewatching it, for about the 3rd time through from the beginning all the way through Shipudden. All of a sudden cracks started to appear in his ceiling and it collapsed. The cave-in buried the man under a lot of heavy rubble, the man thought 'So this is how I go out, huh, not quite how I expected...'

Suddenly a he appeared on a cloud with a great blue sky above him. "Wow, is this heaven? It seems a little, uh, empty...' A bright light glowed in front of him and an old man, maybe 75 years old appeared in front of him. The man had a long gray beard, was in a white kimono, and had a very slim body. He gave a solemn look and bowed to him. "I'm very sorry, because of me, I ended your life prematurely. I understand that you may be sad, but I'm willing to give you another chance at life." He said while getting up from his bow.

"So... are you like a god or something?" The guy questioned

"Yes, I am a god to you humans and quite a strong one at that. So I will allow you to transport to that Naruto world you love so much, as well as giving you 5 wishes."

"Wait! The NARUTO WORLD?!?! THAT'S A THING?!?!?" The man started to shake with happiness and a huge gleam in his eye. "I've always wanted this to happen to me! YES!!!" He started to dance and kick the air in excitement.

"Fufufu. So have you thought of your wishes?" He said with a chuckle.

"YUP! I have always dreamed of this scenario occurring, so I have a mental list. Here it is!"

1 Madara Uchiha's Chakra Natures and Kekkei Genkai (Water, Fire, Earth, Wind, Lightning, Yin, Yang, Yin/Yang, Storm, Wood) (Sharingan)

"Push! Push!" A Doctor said

"Ahhhhh!" a woman yelled.

The babies were finally out after Six-hours of labor. The two babies lay in the arms of Mikoto Uchiha, who presently was surrounded by Fugaku and Itachi Uchiha. She was crying from both pain and joy as she looked upon her two, newborn babies. She said to her family "I have some names for these little angels, the one of the left will have the name of Sasuke. The one on the right shall have the name of Takano.

'So my name is Takano Uchiha, to be born in the Uchiha family sounds great in all, if not for the fact my family Is gonna be wiped off the face of the earth in like 6 years.'

Sasuke started crying so Takano started to follow in pursuit, as to not draw attention. Mikoto thought that they were hungry and started to breastfeed them. 'Holy shit this is weird, whatever I guess she's, my mom now.'

'Wait, I know I didn't specify this, but is there a way to tell my stats in this world?' He thought but then a second voice chimed in. 'Hey, God here, if you wanted that you should've said so, but seeing as it's your first mistake ill give it to you anyways. Just think either the word status or stats and it will appear. Bye now, enjoy your new life.'
