21 Realizing The Changes

Trinity watched Mada who was in front of her happily walking along the road as he was being dragged by the rope that was in tied on his hands, Mada's face had a smile on it showing his happiness? Making Trinity and Thea who was walking side by side feel weird inside.

"Come on kid don't make this weird, why the hell are grinning are that type of person who takes pleasure from pain?" Leo couldn't take it anymore but not just him the others that was around him was also feeling weird by this sight.

[What the hell is wrong with this kid, he is getting weirder as time pass.]

[Is this kid some kind of Psycho? At first he is obsessively asking questions about us elves, then he was getting in an argument with that little dragon which was also weird then sad then mysterious now he is acting like a masochist his personality is all over the place.]

[He likes the same thing?]

This were the thoughts of the elves around him, in truth the elves cannot be blame from thinking in this manner. Because the way Mada act were like a roller coaster filled with twist and turn making it really dizzying and giving the elves a headache.

Mada heard how Leo was talking to him making feel wronged "Don't get me wrong for those perverts that take pleasure from being hurt, I am only smiling like this is because this is a first for me being treated like a convicted and all.

"In the past I got to read this kind of things so I really got curious on just how it would feel to become a prisoner or being a hostage or something." Mada explained with a hint of dignity in his voice like it is something to be proud of.

Leo and the others heard his explanation why he was happily going along with the current events, making them slightly understand him [So that how it is.] but nobody spoke anymore as they felt it somewhat tiring to speak to Mada.

Leo's group travelled for about 10 hours moving with relatively fast speed pacing with how fast Trinity and Mada was capable of moving, the view of a building that was in built on top of a tree greeted Mada's vision as the sun rose into the air.

It was already the next day

Mada saw the treehouse and immediately he became amaze by how it looks, [It is like how I imagined it.]

Leo looked at Mada and the moment he saw the face that Mada was making he became somewhat happy because of it, and without him knowing he became some kind of tourist guide showing and explain to Mada what he was seeing "That is the watch tower of this village, we call this place a village because there are quiet many people living here but in truth this place is a military camp of the Kingdom of the Elves."

Mada listened intently to what Leo was talking about and acted his role like a real tourist instead of a prisoner, the others that was around them didn't bother to say anything though because they knew that it would take a lot of effort in order for them to stop Mada to stop what he was doing.

Mada started pointing at things trying to know what the things that got the attention of his eyes while Leo happily explained everything with patience on him. Rayious who was on the shoulders of Mada gave a yawned and vanished from there he went to the independent space of the Soul Imprint to take a nap.

"Honey I am going to the command center of this village so we can report the current situstion, though I guess they already have rough outline about it anyway." Thea spoke on the side of the group.

After a while the 'tour' was concluded and Leo who have lost his moind in showing of things to Mada regained his sanity and after he did he called out for Trinity "Trinity go with your Mother to the command center when she goes to report there."

Trinity nodded her head and gave one more look to Mada before going with her Mother to go and relay their report, Leo looked at Mada who was in awe of almost everything he see [Well at least this weird kid have good taste when it comes to infrastructure.]

As they walked on the middle of the road, elves who was doing what their daily business started turning their heads to Leo's group who was in the middle of the street all of their eyes was directed to the prisoner who was full of smiles.

Mada noticed the eyes around were being focused around him making him feel rather uneasy, but after a couple of minutes from being stared at he became accustomed to it so from being uncomfortable he became rather please as the time pass his smile became brighter.

Whispers from the crowd started surfacing reaching Leo's ears but he ignored them not giving it any attention.

"Who is that kid with the white hair? Is he some kind of spy of something?"

"I don't think so, if he was a spy he wouldn't be brought closer than 500 meters from any village I mean its captain we are talking about here so he must have some reasons."

"That still don't answer my question of what he is though."

"I might have some information who he is but it is not that reliable."

"Hmm, and what is this information of yours then?"

"A dragon, wait don't do that yet keep your hands below your waist, hear me out first. Do you remember the incident about the dragon rampaging in the woods from noon until night time right? I heard was that the kid in the middle actually came out of that dragon."

This were the kind of talk that was going around the village, Leo didn't bother with the conversation of the people that was living in the village and silently led his group to one of the detaining cell of this village.

Mada walked with the grouped full of smiles not giving a care how he was being talked about he actually felt like he was some kind of hero, the 'walked of fame' if Mada did not last long though. Leo's group turned to a corner and after a couple more minutes from walking they all reached a building which actually looked kind of pleasant to the eyes.

Mada looked at the building in front of him full of moss all over the walls and vines hanging from its roof, the building was rather old and had an air of history in it. The man who was closest to him gave him a nudge to the shoulders urging him to enter the old building.

Leo ordered one of his men to open the door of the building. Leo entered from the door and Mada followed shortly after.

The moment Mada entered the old building he was greeted with a grass that was growing from the floor, "Where are we exactly?" Mada asked Leo curiously.

"This is one of the old detaining cell of this village." He gave a paused trying to construct the words which was in his head before continuing "You will be staying here for the time being until the time the Elders gave the orders to what to do with you."

After making Mada enter one of the room and assigning one of his subordinates to stand guard to Mada Leo and the others left.

Mada sat on the ground cross legged with his eyes closed, energy that was around him was flowing to his body. He inspected his body if anything was wrong with it, from the moment he emerged from the dragon he felt something different.

He scratched his head and the moment he did a though flashed his mind, he looked at the hand he scratched his head with and confusion started to surface in his head. Mada was confused "Didn't my right arm got severed by the man in black?"

He stared on his right arm like it was not real as if it was only a hallucination. He then caressed his right arm and when he felt that sensation of being touched he was elated by the possibility of his arm really was real, but he still didn't believe it so he raised his left arm punched his right arm.

And the moment he felt the pain when his left hand smacked his right arm he begun to feel happiness, but when he thought about his arm being attached to his body was real he became confused. He could clearly remember the moment that remnant energy that severed his arm and the pain that came with it questions appeared inside his head.

[How did I regain my right arm I am sure that my arm really was severed, did father do something ot it when he treated me? Wait that can't be right if I remember it right he said that it was only supposed to be a first aide stuff and the thing that will make my arm regrow was something different.]

Mada contemplated for a long time, he used half the day until he came into a brazen theory "Did it happen when I was in the dragon form?"

This was the best answer he could think of, only the dragon form that he was in for the past 5 years that he didn't know happened could affect his body this way. But the moment he thought of that idea another sprung up "Then will this arm of mine disintegrate like those flesh in the plains last night?"

Mada became scared the eat he felt that night was horrifying like it was burning him alive from a flame that came from the depths of hell, so he instantly checked his right arm with his energy and immediately he was startled from what he found.

The energy flowed from his dantian to his right arm but the moment the veins on his right arm came into contact with the energy a reaction happened. Mada saw his right arm change, white scales came out of his skin like some kind of armor and weapon.

The change was sudden and Mada became speechless because of this, from his right shoulder down to his fingers became covered with these white scales. He didn't know how to react and was left speechless as he stared at his own right arm.

30 minutes after the sudden change he woke up from his stupor, he then became happy he attempted to punch out with his right arm but for some reason he felt that if he suddenly punched with his right arm like this something bad would happen.

And because of this thought he didn't threw the punched, Mada appeared outside of the soul imprint where Rayious resides, he tried closing in slowly and didn't go in recklessly because he had been repulse by the energy that was coming from the soul imprint from before.

This time he was not rejected to enter though, he easily entered the independent domain which have formed inside the soul imprint.

The soul imprint independent space was filled with light attribute energy. The energy that Mada felt inside the soul imprint was comforting and relaxing making him feel refresh as he stayed there.

Mada stood there for a while before he started walking around he was looking for Rayious who said that he was going to take a little nap inside the space of the soul imprint. Mada didn't take much time when he was finding Rayious as he saw the little dragon which was sleeping with his belly facing the sky, Rayious' face having a satisfied looked on it with his tongue hanging on the side of his open mouth.

Mada inwardly cursed [This is my brother? I shouldn't have lost therock paper scissors if I have known this is how he will act.]

With that thought in his mind he gave the sleeping Rayious a slap on the face.

A clear and crisp sound of a slap was heard in the independent space of the soul imprint.
