After changing Little Pink's appearance to a normal-looking butterfly and allowing it passage out of the Spatial Realm, Xiang Ling decided to collect spiritual herbs for refining pills.

She collected the herbs in a basket before she made her way toward the huge rock that was sitting near the herb fields. One moment she was standing on the ground and the very next moment, her figure appeared on top of the rock. She settled down in the lotus position before she started working on the refining process.

Fortunately for her, a few weeks right before her heavenly tribulation, she broke through the highest level of alchemy and no longer needed a pill cauldron to refine spiritual pills or elixirs.

She took her time to first regulate her spiritual energy before she selected the spiritual herbs in the right quantity and merged them with her spiritual energy to refine the first batch of pills.
