Rekka Sanjaya, an ordinary otaku programmer who just finished the deadline of his project, just arrived at his apartment. This young man was in his late 20s. He lazily tossed his shirt and pants to the bed, going straight to his PC.

Besides the PC, there was a cabinet full of animes and vtubers, figurines. There was not a single hugging pillow on his bed. He thought figurines were his limit hugging pillow was too much for him. Maybe two years later, when he became a full-fledged 'wizard,' he might have considered owning one or two.

"Who should I watch first? Let me see the schedules," He said to himself as he opened his own vtubers' stream schedules. He had all the vtubers from companies and indie vtubers on the schedule.

He contemplated who to watch, as some vtubers from different groups and generations have a clashing stream schedule. Even though he watched almost all vtubers exist, he still prioritized the sizeable groups/companies like hololive and nijisanji. However, it did not decide easier, as there were tons of different vtubers from both companies.

"Oh, Calli's stream will start in minutes. Let's watch her stream. While I'm waiting, let's hear Twice new song."

That was the daily life of Rekka. He worked during the day and simping on the night. He did not need to manage his finances so tightly as a single. So he used his earnings on merch and donating vtubers.

But today differed somewhat from the usual schedules. Rekka planned to binge-watch all streams he can watch and play as a whale simps with his bonuses. The reason was that he had just finished one extensive project that robbed his simp life for months. So he took several days off just to binge-watch streams.

"Wow, Calli's stream is dope, as usual. Dad cute today too, haha," He said as he closed Mori Calliope's stream, the Reaper Rapper from Hololive Myth.

"Hahaha, Professor, you should just yield to your fate and accept your identity as a Lazulight member, haha," Said Rekka as he spent a super chat. Super chat is a YouTube term for donation. He sent a teasing message with the gift to the unofficial member of Lazulight, Professor Oliver Evans of Eden Team, from Nijisanji.

"While I'm waiting for the next stream, let's just clips and edit some stream."

Simping life wasn't an easy one. Besides his daily work as a programmer, Rekka also made money by uploading clips to YouTube. He was a well-respected clipper from the vtubers' community. Even some vtubers were aware of him and often mentioned him as a legendary clipper.

Tiredness now showed on his face after watching stream after stream. He felt sleepiness and tried to encroach on his steel will to binge-watch streams.

He then tossed the tiny crystal over a portal to an unknown world. He then brought up a hologram panel and fiddled with it for several minutes.

"I am sorry that you have some of your memories missing. But I already asked that guy to gift you something as compensation."

Rekka was in a deep sleep. He felt that something was annoying him. He was so angry, even though he was asleep. But after ignoring that annoying feeling, he felt so comfortable in his sleep. It felt like he did not sleep for several days, and now he found his well-deserved rest. But then he felt something was wrong. He could not remember why he did not sleep for several days.
