Prologue

A newborn's cry is heard in the room. Laying in bed, an exhausted woman bears a massive pains afterward childbirth. Traces of tears dried up along her face. "What a handsome son you get, your Highness", the midwife said. "Can I hold him?"

"Of course, your Highness. Let me clean him a bit" The midwife wipes the mucus mixed with blood throughout the newborn's body. A clean baby then transfer into the mother's hand. "Look at you. You little guy, so tiny. Mommy so happy to see you" Happu tears rolled down from her eyes.

The mother smiled brilliantly as she look down at her son. Meeting him for first time reminisce her past nine months. It is shocking news for her when she been told she was pregnant. Never knew a miracle occurs to her. Her husband froze when heard the news.

Husband? Remember her husband, she ordered the midwife to tells her condition to the king. A few minutes later, a person rushed went to the room and stopped for a moment to see his wife and the newborn. "My Queen" he called her, his mouth lifted upward, showing a handsome smile that can melt women's heart.

"My King" He walked towards her and hug her. His other hand support the baby held by his wife. A kiss on forehead he gave to his wife. "Thank you, Anna. For your love and our son" He said, his eyes brimming with tears. "Emm. You so lucky to have me" she joke and chuckled.

Hearing his wife shameless, he laugh loudly. Making the sleepy baby wake up and cry. "Sorry son. Daddy forget you" He look his son intently and see his son had his mother eyes and his nose. Proudness filled in his heart. "Want to hold him?" His wife asked. "Yeah. But I'm afraid if I'll crush him"

A giggle came out from his side. "Silly husband. He will be fine. Here, give your hands" Placing the baby in his hands make emotional surged. When baby's hand gripped his finger, happy tears stream down.

"Prince Nicholas. Your name is Prince Nicholas. Your daddy will protect you. If you big enough, we'll together protect your mommy, okay?". The king then looked up to see his wife. "I love you, Anna" "And I. Forever"
