7 A new friend....Jin Ma Academy selections

It has been 2 weeks since my breakthrough in the perception.Now I am a 8 star Dou zhe layer,almost 9 star.I mastered the next part of the body tempering technique,and it remains only the final stage which gives me a really basic fire body.

While cultivating I hear some steps.It turns out to be my mother.

'Ren'er,there is a girl calling for you.'

'Who is it I wonder?'

'Fufu I don't know anything about your little girlfriend.'

'I don't have a girlfriend!!!'

'Yeah yeah that's what they everytime say.'

'Moooom don't tease me!'

'Sure,sure fufu'

I with a red face got up and met my visitor.It turns out to be a cute girl.She is probably of my age with pretty dark-brown hair and pretty sapphire eyes.They are really shining at the light.

While I was looking at her she too was analysing me with a curious glint in her eyes.It looked like she found a new toy.I hope it was just my imagination.I really hope so.

'Hey,are an alchemist?'

Shocked I replied with a 'No'

'Liar,and for a lie you need to pay me with playing with me!' she said with puffed cheeks.

'But I am not lying!'

'I saw that you refined a few pills 2 weeks ago.And don't try to deny it!'

Hopeless I ended up with the promise with her to play for some time.Though if I think about it I don't have any friends.I am not really sad.I am not!

Well after our discussion I got into my room and started cultivating.What I didn't noticed is that I had a faint smile on my face.

Time skip 2 years~~~~~~~~~~~

It has been 2 years since meeting my new friend.Her name is Duan Ling.She is a very mischievous girl who likes to play pranks on me.Well I don't dislike her playful personality so I let her be.Secretly I found out that I developed some feelings for her.But since I will need to travel multiple worlds I wouldn't probably be able to take her.I am feeling slightly sad about this but this is life.

About cultivation I broke through the Dou Shi Qi layer and I am already on the 3 star.I am cultivating my internal qi manual and it is pretty hard but I am good with it.I already unlocked a part of my dantian.It gave me so much space for qi that I was pretty shocked.It was about 25% increase.About my perception I broke through the 20 and 25 levels and I got some sword and close combat techniques.Right now I am on the 28 layer.There is a basic sword style which contains every basic moves of the sword.Same is with be close combat techniques.With my perception I even trained to the point where I can release a faint sword qi.If I think about it the sword qi could be another element which I will eventually need to master.

With these thoughts the altar within my soul realm started shining faintly adding some more colours to itself.

On the alchemy side I became a tier 3 alchemist.For the advancement I refined a Refreshing Pill which helps to calm the mind and cool down the body from training with fire.I can say that I used a bunch of these in my training with the body refinement.On the fire law progress it's stuck on 14%.I will soon find a new fire source.And I think that I may try my luck to find a heaven fire.By the way Xiao Yan now is still at the start of the story and I wouldn't be able to take a wisp of the Chilling Bone flame.

I will probably try to find Blue Core Flame in the desert where the snake people are living.It will be very hard to do it because medusa is a really strong expert.I should probably wait for the canon to be able to get this kind of flame.I am pretty sure I will get close to 20% fire law.

Now that I have a plan I need to get a sample of the fire from the academy.It should be enough to see if I can progress in my fire law insights.

While I was thinking Duan Ling came to my house with a gloomy face.

'Ren,I came to say that this is the last time we will se each other in a while.'

'Why?Did I do something?!'

'The truth is that i am from the main branch and i have to go to the Mystic Cloud sect.I am really sorry but this is a goodbye.'

Like this my first friend(and love) ended.I was sad for a few days but ultimately I pumped myself up and started bitterly training.

Like this came the Jin Ma academy selections.The test was simple.We had to endure a Duo Shi expert pressure for a few minutes.As I myself am Duo Shi realm it was easy,though I faked that it was hard.

I was admitted to the academy and said goodbye to my mother.After this I left.

Duan Ling watched my departure from distance letting a lone tear go...
