5. Who the hell are you

Aania had become silent. She would wake up all night fighting with the memories of Mom Dad. Hadiqa stayed with her and used to do hundreds of things to make her happy, but it seemed that the smile on Aania's face has gone forever.

Hadiqa had prepared lunch for her despite having employees. She was putting food on the dining table when Aania came there. She was dressed in a long blouse and jeans. her hair was scattered. Her eyes were red and her cheeks were burning. Even in her rough condition, she was looking like a princess.

"Oh Aania, you came. I have made a special dish for you." Hadiqa spoke moving towards her, bringing her to the chair.

"Mom Dad came to see me today." She was staring at the invisible point as if remembering something.

"How?" Hadiqa got amazed.

"In my dream."

"what were they saying?"

"They hugged me and said they are happy. They were telling me to be happy too and asking me not to cry," she said without looking at Hadiqa.

" Uncle Aunty has forbidden you to cry, Now should not cry," Hadiqa said lovingly touching her head.

"I can't help but cry when I think of them ... but I will try." She said sadly.

"Good girl, let me feed you with my own hands." she picked the lid of a pot.

"I will eat myself"

"you're getting formal, which I don't like at all."

"You're so good, Hadiqa." Aania opened her mouth and took a bite

"What? ..... just say it again ..... I can't believe it ..... Aania! you are praising me" she said in pleasant surprise then she started muttering to herself.

" Maybe not ... Aania is a miser in complimenting someone... maybe I'm dreaming "Aania smiled lightly at her words.

"This compliment should be written in golden letters in history," Hadiqa said happily. Her heart was relieved to see how many days later Aania was smiling today, this credit went to her. Aania was slowly moving towards life.

"Oh, I forgot. Mrs. Khan's called today to open the boutique. " Hadiqa said. Aania's mother had a boutique and Mrs. Khan was her assistant.

"I'm mentally depressed right now, I can't do it," she said bluntly.

"Don't worry, I'll see it myself," Hadiqa smiled

"Let's go out somewhere today," Hadiqa asked after some moments.

" I don't want to."

"It will help reduce your depression," she argued. But Aania was not affected.

"Please ... it will be good for your health. There is a park nearby. Let's go there."

"Okay," Aania said. She couldn't make her sad because of her.

"Oh, Ani, you are great," she exclaimed.

.. .. .. .. .. .. …

After having breakfast, she visited the whole house. It was big and beautiful. Everything there was expensive. She was walking slowly, looking around with expressionless eyes. No one could forbid her to wander around. All the servants considered her the woman of their master. Batool was walking with her to guide her.

She stopped before a room tried to open the door.

"Ma'am, it's master's room. No one can enter here." Batool told her.

"But I want to enter it " she frowned.

"Please ma'am try to understand. My job will be at risk." Batool requested. She paused for a moment then stepped back.

"Thanks, ma'am," Batool said in a grateful manner.

"Don't call me ma'am." She got annoyed and walked towards the back garden.

"I can't call your name." Batool followed her.

"Why?" She looked at batool.

"Because you are the woman of our master" She hesitated. Diya fell silent. They had reached the back garden. She saw a little boy who was watering the plants. She became happy to see a child as usual.

"Who is that?"

"He is my son. Salar." Batool told her.

"Can I play with him?" She exclaimed.

"Why not? You can do as you wish." She said with a smile. Diya walked towards the boy when a horn of a car was heard.

"I think master has come. Batool said and she stopped.

...

It was evening time. The sun was setting on the horizon. Clouds were looking red. The cool breeze coming from the sea was making the weather even more peaceful. They were walking slowly. Their direction was towards the nearby park. Aania was in her afternoon dress. But now her hair was open. Hadiqa was smiling and passing humorous comments on the people passing by them. so that Aania would be in a good mood but Aania did not pay any attention to it.

"Let's get some ice cream," said Hadiqa, looking at an ice cream parlor. But Ania was walking quietly.

"Aani! Are you listening to me. I said something to you" she said, shaking her shoulder.

"Huh ... yes. I'm listening. What were you saying?" She said as she came out of a trance.

"If you had heard, you would not have asked that what you are saying. Since when have I been talking to you but your mind is somewhere else?" She said angrily. Aania remained silent.

" let's go with me." She grabbed her arm and headed for the ice cream parlor. After some moments they were walking on a footpath, with ice creams in their hands.

"I was thinking of something. Why don't you come with me to my house." Hadiqa suggested.

"I know you miss your parents. You want to go to them but can't because of me ..."

"It's not like that Aania ... you are misunderstood. I can leave the whole world but I can't leave you. You are dear to me as a sister. I know you are feeling lonely right now. There's a gap in your life. And you need a change to fill it. " hadiqa explained.

"I'm sorry. You are the one who supported me in my difficult time, otherwise, I would have committed suicide. But I know it is difficult to stay away from parents. You are away from your parents because of me. But how long will you stay with me? You have your own house where your family is waiting for you. You should go home instead of worrying about me. I can take care of myself now. " She said in a serious tone but hadiqa did not take it seriously.

"If you go with me, I'll go too." Hadiqa made a face.

" I can't leave my parents' house. I feel like they're around me. They're listening to what I'm saying." Her eyes glittered with tears. Hadiqa couldn't say anything else.

....

He was furious. But diya didn't care. She was looking around carelessly with innocent eyes. Ghazi was standing before her some steps away, glaring at her.

"What were you doing?" He asked sternly.

"What?" She blinked as she did not do anything.

"Why were you wandering around in my house?" He asked angrily.

"How did you know?" She got surprised.

"Just answer my question." He emitted.

"You are as rude as before." She snorted instead of answering.

"You little…." He got close to her but stopped and controlled his anger. Diya was staring at him calmly.

"Listen to me. If you try to enter my room next time, it will be bad for you. Got it?" He peered into her wide eyes but she didn't give any response. He felt as his heart sank in her eyes.

"Who the hell are you? Tell me?" He grabbed her arm and pulled her to himself. she collided with his chest and lowered her gaze. but didn't say anything. He stared at her for some moments then left her and walked out of the lounge. She kept standing like a statue.
