9 8 - Cleaning up

[ With Giyu ]

Giyu along his new companion, kalawarner had disguised as a priest and nun and escorted all the children to their homes. When questioned what they had done they merely said they were reciting verses from the bible to which made they kids fall asleep.

It was a great cover since the kid's really don't remember anything other than reading the bible and falling asleep in a room in the church. Even the boy who was a previous possessor of a sacred gear had forgotten his gear being stolen courtesy to Giyu's sharingan.

After that they made their way back the church. They took the bodies and put moved them to the living quarters. Giyu was planning to destroy the church. He might as well get rid of the bodies along with the building.

" So why are we putting the corpses on the beds again? " questioned the blue haired bombshell.

Giyu merely looked back at her and sighed before explaining his plan.

" I have a technique that manipulates the earth element. I'm going to use it to make an earthquake strong enough to be felt but not enough to topple a well built building" Giyu explained and waited for her to process his words before continuing " When we escorted the kid's to their homes I scanned the houses to make sure that if I used my technique no houses will break down'

" I'll destroy the church and make it look like it collapsed and killed all the tenants. It can just be blamed on the fact that since the construction was rushed it wasn't properly supported making it collapse once the 'earthquake' hits" he said

" Oh ok... so that way it won't be suspicious on why a new built church suddenly disappears the next day while all those priests and sisters mysteriously disappear. Did I guess correctly?" She asked him

"Hn"

" Okay that's the last one " She said.

[ 10 minutes later ]

They were both outside and it was already dark. Giyu and kalawarner stood a few distance away from the building. Before they left they destroyed most of the support of the building.

Giyu made a few hand before he slammed both his palms on the ground.

' Earth style: Earthquake '

Then seconds after the whole ground bellow them started shaking furiously. With the church being the most concentrated.

* crash * *boom *

The sound of the building collapsing made Giyu stop his jutsu. Slowly but surely the shaking got weaker and weaker before it finally subsided.

" Good work " Kalawarner said as she joined him.

Giyu turned to look at her with a confused expression. Seeing his look she asked him what was wrong.

" Is it really ok, not to give your brother a proper funeral? " He asked her

She merely looked back at the destroyed church with a smile adorning her perfect face before she answered him. " Yes my brother never liked funerals after our mothers own. He said that if he ever died to just leave him be wherever he died at. The stubborn fool." she explained as her eys teared up again.

" Thank you" she said from the bottom of her heart.

Giyu only smiled at her before he patter her on the head. " Let's go Kalawarner"

"mmn!" she nodded and walked beside him matching his height.

[ Inn ]

When they entered the room where Giyu and Vali decided as a meeting place they met a pissed devil hybrid.

" Giyu!!! Why didn't you tell me when you were going to raid the church?!! " The silver haired devil raged.

" Calm down you. You were asleep and I thought you would wake up when you sensed the fighting" Giyu replied calmly.

" Lo-Lord V-Vali, what are you doing here? " Kalawarner asked a little afraid of the answer. Seeing a close aid of Azazel who was practically the Cadre's surrogate son at this point got her scared.

"Hmm? You haven't told her yet?" Vali asked as he turned to Giyu who just shrugged. Meanwhile Kalawarner was just getting more confused by the second.

Seeing as Giyu didn't bother to explain, it was up to him to enlighten the fallen angel hybrid.

" Giyu here is the new stray Azazel picked up. And he makes a great rival! Strength wise he is already an Ultimate class being he even beat me but worry not I will overcome my limit and make my strength soar to even grater limits!" Vali so oh passionately explained.

Hearing all that, Kalawarner couldn't help but pale. If Azazel sent someone here to hunt them down then that must have meant that she was labeled as a stray.

Sensing her inner turmoil Giyu put a hand on her shoulder and told her " Don't worry I'll fill Azazel in and tell him it wasn't your fault"

Hearing that she couldn't help but be relieved before thanking him with respect as she learned his new status of being Ultimate-class. " Thank you Lord Giyu!" She said as she knelt.

Seeing that he hurriedly stopped her from kneeling as he wasn't quite used to it " Kalawarner stop that. I consider you my very first friend so please don't be so forma Giyu is fine" he said as he pulled her up.

" I see then thanks Giyu " she said happily feeling touched that he cared for her a low class fallen angel. They were at peace with the atmosphere as her face was a little red and the same could be said for Giyu though it was getting pretty awkward because of the silence.

That was until the pretty atmosphere was broken by the nearby devil hybrid, " oh you wound me, Giyu. Was I not your first friend?" he said faking a sad expression.

This had earned him a scowl from Giyu as he retorted " The very first real friend I made since joining Grigori. Not some annoyance that makes everything a challenge"

" oh but rivalries always make us grow stronger " Vali said with a smile

" They don't! " Giyu spat

Looking at their back in forth conversation Kalawarner couldn't hold it anymore and laughed bringing both Giyu and Vali's attention towards her.

"You both are great friend huh" she said

" Oh the best of friends " Vali replied with a smirk

"Tsk" Giyu clicked his tongue.

" I'm still taller than you Vali" it was Giyu's turn to smirk as he enjoyed Vali's face as his eyebrows twitched in annoyance"

" Oh did I hit a nerve Vali, I'm sorry. I just thought that with your bloodline that you pride with yourself with that you would be taller" Giyu said. He remembered a few days ago in one of their spars he revealed his heritage. He already knew that but it would be suspicious for him to know when the man himself didn't tell him.

" And don't forget that I beat you in a fight Vali " Giyu said as he hit another nerve.

" Damn you Giyu, wanna fight you bastard " He said

But all that was Giyu's reply was " Can you even hurt me " enraging the young Lucifer even more.

Watching the both the boys bicker Kalawarner couldn't help but smile as she watched in amusement.
