4 Chapter 4

As I was wounded and thus unguarded at this moment, I didn't wait after I was done modifying the M-Force technique and directly started to take out the magic (which I brought along with my soul from my previous world) and converted it into M-Force. As magic which was to be converted into M-Force, was gathered in high concentration, the rate of conversation was very high.

As the amount of M-Force in my system was increasing at a rapid pace, I started to circulate it inside my body simultaneously along with ongoing conversion. As M-Force circulated through every part of my body, slowly my injuries started to heal and dark pus-like substance with pungent smell started to ooze out from every pore of my skin. Soon I was covered with this dark pus-like substance from head to toe. From my understanding, this dark substance should be the impurities which were present in my body, which was forced out due to M-Force circulation throughout my body. Not only that, M-Force was strengthening every part of my body, as it was circulating through my entire body. Slowly, fat from all over my body was melting and my muscles, bones, and organs were getting stronger.

M-Force was making my body stronger by every second. As my M-Force technique was modified using the knight's elemental technique, it made me stronger just like a knight's technique. But unlike knight's technique where elemental particles would disperse to the surroundings after circulating through the body, M-Force didn't disperse and gathered at a single spot just like a wizard's technique, after M-Force was done circulating. Thus, it was similar to cultivating both wizard's and knight's technique together simultaneously.

Soon, as the strength of my body increased along with the amount of M-Force, I broke through to the first level of knight using M-Force.

As my M-Force technique was modified using the wizard's and knight's technique, power levels for my new M-Force technique were as same as them.

So, my breakthrough to the first level of knight using M-Force was similar to that's of the first level of knight using elemental particles. But as the quality of M-Force is higher than that of elemental particles, my strength was higher than that of a normal knight of the first level.

Additionally, even though I already had required amount of M-Force and mind power to break through to level zero or apprentice level and higher levels of a wizard, I couldn't break through because I have yet to construct any spell model required for the breakthrough. So, I am currently just going to convert all of my old magic into M-Force and increase the quantity of M-Force in my system to break through to higher levels of the knight.

As only a small amount of my old magic has been used up until now, the conversion is still going strong and amount of M-Force and thus my physical strength is increasing very rapidly.

Soon, I broke through to higher and higher levels of the knight in the next few hours, as my physical strength and quantity of M-Force increased rapidly.

After all of my old magic, which was stored in my soul was consumed and converted into M-Force, I was on the knight's level six.

Now, before going any further, let me explain about the power levels of Wizards and knights.

A wizard's power level start from level zero or apprentice level up to level nine.

Similarly, a knight also has leveled up to level nine. But unlike a wizard, knights start directly from level 1 instead of level zero.

But wizards are considered stronger than knights by one level. So, level zero wizard is considered to have the same strength as level one knight, Similarly, level one wizard is similar to level two knight and so on.

Additionally, starting from level four, knights can project elemental particles outside of the body and attack from a distance. But effects of such attacks are lower than that of a wizard spell, which is cast by using spell models.

Now that I am on knight's level six, I could be considered to have similar strength to that of level five wizard. But as the quality of M-Force is much higher than elemental particles, I should be much stronger than a normal level six knight. So, I think I should be comparable to a level six wizard in strength.

To give you an idea about relative strength in this world, a powerful family like Canis family which is a top tier family in terms of strength has a level seven wizard as family head, who is also the father of my current body. Even a strong family like Canis family has very few people with power comparable to level six wizard like me and all of them are in important positions and the upper hierarchy of the family.

One might think that I am strong enough to kick back and relax but I strongly disagree. From the memories of original Aiden, I know that power levels of knights don't stop at level nine but continue instead. And from level ten, a new stage called Transcendent stage starts which is also divided into many levels. Though I don't know the stages above the Transcendent stage, I am sure that power levels continue further.

From the records in the Canis family library, the difference in power between level nine and level ten i.e starting level of Transcendent stage is enormous.

Also as the life span of wizards and knights are very long, the strength of family lord is just the tip of the iceberg, the real strength of the family is the old geezers living for centuries, who are in much higher stages than a family lord. Even Canis family is said to have 4 people in the transcendent stage. Not to mention, there are many other top tier families and organizations with people in the transcendent stage.

In comparison, my measly little strength of level six is too weak. Also, for someone like me who was on the top of the food chain for nearly one and a half century, level six strength is too little.
