Meeting a Qrow

I followed Arturia and while doing so I pulled out Cresent Nightmare and started to swing it around myself to get a good feel about it. " You know, I'm not gonna lie, it would suck if I messed up swinging this thing around and it nipped me." I said out loud catching up to Arturia just leaving some distance between us to swing my scythe. " Use your aura whenever you practice with it then. As long as you have it activated you should be good." I nodded my head in agreement and said " So, we're heading to the village?" I said as I took a glance at the map noticing we were heading towards the village.

" Yeah, I don't know about you but I'm hungry." She said as her stomach growled. " Yeah, I guess we did run out of food…" It took us about 45 minutes to walk to the village, and nothing interesting happened along the way. We were now in an Alley in the village staring at each other. "I'll deactivate the ID now." I said as I proceeded to deactivate it. After the sound of shattering glass occurred we heard the sounds of the village. The village itself was rather normal and probably better defended then other settlements because of how close it is to Vale.

" Let's head over to the inn we passed on the way here. We can also rent a room out while we are there as well." I nodded my head as the both of us walked out of the alley. As we were walking to the town I accidentally bumped into someone. He has black hair with some grey mixed in, sporting a red cape with his attire and looked to be drunk with some type of weapon attached to his back. " Sorry about that kid." The man said as he walked away, while he was doing that I made a glance to Arturia and saw her doing the same. ' That was Qrow. I wonder what he's doing here.'

The both of us just shrugged our shoulders and continued our walk to the inn. The inn itself was a couple stories tall western styled. The bottom floor sporting a bar/restaurant with the rooms on the upper floors. While walking in I realized something ' I can probably drink legally now in this world.' While thinking about the idea of drinking, Arturia went up to the bar with me slightly behind her. " A room with 2 beds please." Arturia said as she leaned on the counter.

The barkeeper nodded his head and said " That'll be 120 lien a night missy." In both of our packages we got about 2,000 lien each. Arturia handed 840 lien to the barkeep to have a room for a week and he in turn handed over a key. I then spoke up and asked " So, what food do you guys serve here?" A few minutes later we were seated in a corner booth waiting for our meals. We were just staring at each other while hearing other people that were down here as well talk. " Any idea why he's here?" I asked, bringing up Qrow as I sipped on some tea that I was given. "Your guess is as good as mine, for all we know he could just be on a mission since he is a huntsmen." I nodded my head and then said " So, I don't mean to be that guy, but how are we gonna get into beacon?" " Blackmail Ozpin?" Arturia said as I almost spit out my tea then sported a grin.

I then said " We can get in contact with Qrow who in turn will contact Oz. I mean if you look at it you could say that we are sort of in the same circumstances as Oz." Arturia nodded her head and then said " After we eat let's find Qrow." Then out of the corner of my eye I saw someone walk up to the table and that person said " No need…"
