7 Soul Magic

The soul, in many religious, philosophical, and mythological traditions, is the incorporeal essence of a living being. Soul or psyche (Ancient Greek: ψυχή psykhḗ, of ψύχειν psýkhein, "to breathe") comprises the mental abilities of a living being: reason, character, feeling, consciousness, memory, perception, thinking, etc. Depending on the philosophical system, a soul can either be mortal or immortal. Jack does not know a lot about the soul, just some basic stuff he learned from all the novels he read from a xianxia/wuxia novel specific. A soul can be cultivated to improve, to be immortal have abilities and all he seems to think that this book may lead to a cheat type ability to him if he uncovered the mysteries behind it.he was hoping for something to happen "Destiny type" as he was reincarnated/awakened in this world.

Jack left the mysteries book aside and started going through all the books he brought hoping that by reading these books he may get some understanding about.

Jack has been reading books for two weeks now he got to know much information about the wizarding world. The wizarding world also referred to as the magical community, is the society in which wizards and witches live and interact separately from the Muggle (non-wizarding) society. The two communities are kept separate through the use of charms, spells, and secrecy. Wizards are forbidden to reveal anything about magic to Muggle society due to the International Statute of Wizarding Secrecy. Each country has a form of wizarding government to oversee magical affairs in its territories, such as a Ministry of Magic or a Council of Magic. The International Confederation of Wizards serves as a wizarding intergovernmental organization.

He also read some information about pure-blood wizards and witches as they show strong prejudice and despise towards Muggle-borns. He did not want to waste time it knows he will deal after the admittance into Hogwarts and deal with according to the situation and try to improve it.

He read about the information on Magical cores which was not shown in movies. it just gave some basic information on magical maturity .and only if people have a magical core they can do magic like they are born with it. the information was about the time's magical maturity happen once 7 year old but it will be least or faint it may not be called a maturity but it will lead to it, It was not faint for jack as it was strong due to the abnormal soul he thought to himself.

Again at 11 years old when they go to Hogwarts, that's why they will accept students at 11 after that first main maturity the core will be usable/stable or trained without any harm. Jack thought that he had gotten through the first main maturity at 7 instead of 11.

The third was at the age of 17 years of age they will be an adult in magical community and they will learn advance magic like NEWT's Level etc.. , after the maturity as it will be easier after maturity the core will be well-developed stable.

The next maturities information was not clear he guessed that it will be different for different people based on their abilities.

Jack wanted to know if people can see other people core, many cannot see but people like Dumbledore and Ollivander can as Dumbledore have the twinkling eyes or mage sight and Ollivander too otherwise how can he choose a wand for different people he guessed that he can see through core attributes and give them there matching wand.

The mage sight was there on books it was under fictional stuff many people did not believe it but Jack seemed it was true with magic there were many possibilities. He tried on himself the magic to flow through his eyes the flow through them there was just some pain in his eyes and nothing it did not work guess it was not simple. Jack thought that it may require some rituals.

By Channeling the magic he thought to himself, channel the magic directly into his soul body as his magic core was inside the soul, There was some change the soul body avatar was glowing he got an idea and used that combined magic+soul body energy into the mysterious book and there were changes into the first page of book it read "Winchester's Guide towards Soul Magic".

Jack was first stunned then he was full of smiles that he finally succeeded in this logic. The title stunned him through Soul Magic it was like a new branch of magic and information he did not get to know about it from the books, are there any different branches he thought to himself.

The book first page described about the soul magic like it was the most obscure path of magic, not all are applicable to use the soul magic only a person with strong soul power will be able to do the soul magic provided the condition was that he or she should have grasped the soul body in physical form like himself in his consciousness. other people may not able to see their soul most they will able to sense some aura in their consciousness like some powerful people.

The book also gave information about the consciousness that it does not only hold the magic core bit also his memories and soul like if a person was a Legilimens he can spy on not only the information but also he will able to see the magic core this was an alternate method for magic eyes or magic sight if it exists.

The next two pages of the book gave information about how to train the soul like some chant-like a spell he should meditate on it like it was a meditation technique which he can use to improve his soul. the next page was about how to use soul magic and a method similar to Occlumency was there like to create a soul palace rather than mind palace. and basic types of soul magic like soul seeing it was like Legilimens he can able to see through memories, soul and their core.

There were levels on soul palace from 1-10 .the description about how to make soul palace 1 and 2 was given on that page, the rest was not there he guessed that they will be on the next pages. he wanted to how much difference it was he will get to know after he practices it.but he seems to know that definitely, it will be far stronger than regular "art of mind" i.e occlumency & legilimency.

the mind palace only uses mind/mental energy and magic, while this soul palace requires all i.e soul+mental+magic energy it would be far stronger.

The next papers of the book were back to some orthodox information on the magical beast, he used the soul magic again on it but there was no difference. he guessed that his soul magic was not powerful enough to read these pages.
