23 Goblins
"Come on brother, how long will you have your breakfast". Amy asked to jack, as today was the day they were going to Diagon Alley.
Amy was going to join Hogwarts this year. she was cheerful and excited as it was shown in her face she wanted to go to the Alley, as this was the first time she will be going.
"Let him eat, we will go after he finished his breakfast and you behave".Jack's mother scolded Amy.
"Ok I am all done, let's go".Jack said after seeing his sister face.
The family went to the Diagon Alley via Leaky cauldron as they did not have the flew network installed in their home, for muggle-borns the pub was the only way to go the alley.
Amy's expression was similar to jack when she saw the alley, this place was magical. Then they went for Gringotts to exchange the currency. Jack found Ragnok sitting in the head table he was busy doing his work. Jack used his telepathy to communicate with him.
Jack's soul cultivation was going well, he had completed 80% of the level 5 of soul pagoda soul manipulation.it took him more than a year to complete that much.it was being harder the further he cultivate.his advantage was the core room otherwise it will take him approx 3 years to complete level 5, soul manipulation.
"Hello, Ragnok it good to see you". Jack used telepathic thoughts to communicate, it will work at a certain distance condition was he was able to see the person with his soul's eyes.
Ragnok looked here and there probably confused then he spotted me near the currency exchange he nodded at him.
"We will meet again tomorrow, I hope you found what you were looking for". It was the information related to the towers.
As he saw jack leaving Gringotts Ragnok again remembered the conversion he had with the elders and the current king of goblins his father.
Ragnok told them about Jack, his identity as a soul master. He told them his conversion with jack and the information he gave related to Voldemort and the towers.he also told them how the wards did not block his familiar or jack's Bella.
All the elders went silent listening to Ragnok words, they too did not believe the information related to towers and Bella, but expressed respect towards jack or his identity as a soul master.
Whereas the king's face was going to some changes like he was thinking deeply. like he believed the information related to the towers.
"We need to meet the grand elders," the king said to all the present elders.
there were hushes and murmurs as the grand elders were revered, they were the seers of goblin races, and they were not disturbed till something major happened in the world or there was going to be a war.
The king, the elders, and Ragnok were sitting on the council room, there were three more additional people they were the grand elders or seers.
Ragnok then told them the information after getting a confirmation from The king to speak.
After listening to Ragnok the middle elder among the Grand elders directly spoke: "It's probably true".
There was a clamor in that room all the goblins were restless, then the other grand elder continued.
"We found three similar Tower which Ragnok has described all around the world. and from previous grand elders visit these towers, they too said that the towers were ominous and harming the world. as what we sent inside the tower, may it be water, soil, a living being, etc.. never came back."
"We even used magic spells on it and it did not cause any harm to the tower".
"Now from what you said Ragnok that the towers were siphoning magic it may be true too and this may explain why the magic spells did not work, due to that spells became absorbed and why all the magical beings be it may magical beasts, magical plants, magical beings which include us, the humans' wizards are being less and less in the centuries. the other grand elder to added.
"I think we need to have a good relationship with the soul master be it for the future or his prowess as you all don't know the true power of a soul master, the great wizards which were twice as powerful as Voldemort and dumbledor were nothing in their eyes".
"And the Familiar of his I think that it may be a Soul phoenix".Then the elder told them about soul phoenixes.
"Ragnok you see to it, who knows by helping him now we can create a place for goblins like it was before the wars and be that goblins prosper in the future".
Ragnok remembered all that, as all the elders supported him even his Father the King he knew that he should take this chance for himself and for the goblin race.

Jack and Amy started shopping for their respected years, they were now on the way to buy the wand for Amy and jack wanted to know how Ollivander chooses wand for someone, as his wand was an exception he did not see it.
"Hello, Mr.Wilson how is your wand Vinewood and phoenix feather treating you," Ollivander asked jack after he saw him in his shop.
"Hello, Mr.Ollivander The wand is treating me well" Then jack introduced Amy."This is my sister Amy she will be joining Hogwarts this year".
Then Ollivander used the Measurement ruler on her hand by asking, which hand would she normally use. By doing that Ollivander used Which looked like Magic eyes to see her core. Jack can see through his soul's eyes how Ollivander's eyes were accumulating magic near his pupils.
He guessed that it was an art to see the magic core or an attribute of another person.
Then Ollivander brought two to three wands and Wanted Amy to try those, on her first try Amy got her wand she was happy. Jack even brought the wand holster for her.
Now they were going to buy the books, as they near the shop jack family met the Weasly's, Harry and Hermoine with her parents.
Jack was somehow relieved after seeing harry with them as he had changed some stuff related to harry and confirming with the soul's eyes that tom riddle diary or Horcrux was within Ginny books.
There were some pleasantries shared between my parents Weasly's and Hermoine parents as they were muggle and Amy's first year similar to ginny etc.
"Hi, Jack" Harry and Hermione greeted jack and introduced Ron to him.
"So this is your sister, "Hermoine asked jack.
"Yes, she will be joining Hogwarts this year".. "My sister too," Ron said to Jack.
After the parents had chatted, jack and Amy brought the books and left the alley.
Next day, Gringotts:
Jack was in the Ragnok office, he was drinking tea which the goblin had offered him.
"Well jack I went to meet my father and elders and got to know that the information you gave is accurate and we have discovered three more towers all around the world and we confirmed about your knowledge of the towers". Ragnok said to jack after they finished their tea.
then he presented a parchment Jack with a parchment. Jack took the parchment and read it was related to his account here or his vault in Gringotts. there were:

4.Hufflepuff cup
5.Books-Rituals

By looking at the parchment Jack was shocked as he only had about 10 million pounds in his bank account in the muggle world and he got lots of things extra too and doing some rough calculation in the currency he got more galleons too. Jack thought "are the goblins bribing me or something".
Ragnok then explained that they have given him the VIP treatment in terms of his vault the currency exchange without the taxes etc.
The Hufflepuff cup was something jack asked previously but Ragnok refused and said that they will deal with it themselves and jack too did not ask during that time as Ragnok was angry at that time as the cup was related to Voldemort.
"Well Ragnok can you explain about the cup and more books," jack asked Ragnok.
"Well, we the goblins want to have a good relationship with you in the future, And for this cup, if we do exorcise it we will damage the artifact and as that it is Hufflepuff cup of the founders of Hogwarts and you were in Hufflepuff as goodwill we want you to have it. and we know that can remove the soul of Voldemort without harming the artifact.
"As for the books, these are ancient, I found it in The kingdoms library for you"
Listening to what Ragnok said jack confirmed that they were expressing goodwill or you can say bootlicking as they now confirmed his value for them.
"Well, Ragnok I will Remember this favor".Jack said that and Ragnok too smiled it was creepy seeing a goblin smile with the teeth showing.
Jack needed those books, as the previous books contained everything on rituals, like types of rituals they were like an encyclopedia of it but jack did not find anything on it related to basilisk or any other reference to that class of rituals.
Jack collected the new books from his vault and felt optimistic as these books were written in ancient texts which were used before the time of Hogwarts founders.
It took some time for him to translate, but he found what he was looking for substitutes. if magic core level requirement did not reach what to do ?. And how to counter different types of Magic beasts with the other one, for the process to be safe so that there will be no danger to the person who was performing.
ex. Basilisk is full of venom so to counteract we need phoenix tears or unicorn tail heir.
He had both the required materials for counteracting but did not know how much long ritual will take palace. he needed to learn the ritual completely and understand too.
