Author- the concept about 7 siphoning towers is not about the "WORLD TRAVEL ". the 7 towers were placed at 7 continents of the planet they are like an array for the opening dimensional rift.
It is something for future after the Voldemort arc ends, I do not want to end the story with the death of Voldemort hopefully there is going to be more about magic world stuff like old magic stuff by traveling to different continents, along the way jack will deal with the towers and welcome the new era....
so last chapter was a teaser type and Mr.hat character was a way for jack to get a stronghold at Hogwarts or an Allie/helper at Hogwarts.

Mr.dean told jack about the soul powers how it was used in those times basic overview and all he told him he can help him with his power in Hogwarts like for example the use of ghosts.
Jack in bed thought all about the information he received about the soul masters he did not completely trust the hat, what he said was true or not.he wanted to find out on his own by traveling the world and if there exist some siphoning towers by properly investigating it he will destroy it.
Mr.dean the hat probably knew about Jack's thoughts so he did not give pressure to him and just asked him to go with the flow and to ask him if he needed help. A wise hat 1000+ years knows the mentality of a person.
For now, he just wanted to enjoy his life as a student till his term end and then take care of Voldemort the first big hurdle step by step he did not want to openly challenge him, he wanted to be in background like a shadow to deal with him.and see what Harry Potter does after he altered some stuff and take decision based on that.

Breaks are used to get from one class to the other. They are at least ten minutes long.
Jack received a basic schedule for this term it was pretty lax . all the classes were mostly twice in a week except Defense Against the Dark Arts.they have combined classes/with other houses twice a day too.
Today's first-class was Charms was held in Class 99 in the South Tower and Classroom 2E along the Charms Corridor on the third floor, near the Third-floor corridor.
"what are charms" Professor Filius Flitwick started the class he was a Half-goblin wizard.
"Now were are going to do the basic spell the Levitation Charm and the spell is Wingardium Leviosa point your wands towards the feather in front of you and with a flick of wrist perform the spell".

The first assignment was Cure for Boils a basic potion .he was a strict and mean teacher his face was pale terrifying a bat-like presence with his cape all the student's conclusion about him was same he did not like a failure even a single mistake he will tell dunderheads..dunderheads...
Herbology was an interesting topic for jack as in his previous life they did not have magical plants he enjoyed the class pretty much all the Hufflepuff was intrigued by the first class.
"My subject is History of Magic. I deal with facts, not myths and legends."

It was a boring and knowledgeable class of the ghost i.e professor binn has a monotone voice like a robot.
"How was your first day," Aunt min asked Jack later that day.
"It was great I learned so much"
"How is your house, made any friends".jack replied he knew that his aunt was sad after he did not go to her house...........
A week passed by.
there was bullying in the flying class from the Slytherin students their attitude towards the muggle-born was little too much jack did no suffer much due to his aunt as everyone in the school knew about it. whereas other muggle-born students were called names, offensive words, criticism there were fights and pranks among them basically between Gryffindor and Slytherin.
mainly due to the twins in the first year there was less criticism between the first year as many pranks were on Slytherin students.
Jack was in the library going through the books about the magical world about the history it did contain all information up to 1000 years before that he did not find any books.
He was enjoying his stay here all the knowledge, learning magic from books and from professors.
Now He wanted to go to the Room of Requirement on the seventh floor but before that he wanted to meet Mr.dean to ask him about the wards and if the student's movement were recorded or seen like in marauder's map every one position can be seen.
He was at the Hufflepuff common room finding the fat frier the ghost,mr.dean left some code to interact with him through the fat frier.
"the most wonderful Hat" jack repeated the sentence three times in front of the ghost and was waiting for reply" the reply will come when there was no one around.
"what do you want a kid" Mr.dean directly asked jack.
"I wanted to mask my movements like from marauder's map and pass through wards if present"
"how do you know about the map and where do you want to go"
Jack just replies"I wanted to go to the room of requirements".
Mr.dean just watched jack through the ghost it was kinda creepy.
"I can help you mask your signature"
"But I know that even your aunt do no know about the room of requirement how to you know, "Mr.dean asked jack he knew about jack relationship with Minerva McGonagall.
"First tell me about Dumbledore what you feel about him honestly". jack asked the question rather than answering.
based on that jack was will decide if he wanted to involve Mr.hat in future plans to tell him about the future what's going to happen just an overview. as jack knew that Mr. Dean was resourceful Allie he was able to mask his signature from the wards and may help him further.
"well he is a manipulative greater good crap person, not the first person I have seen"
Listening to the answer, jack was somewhat relieved he knew that Mr.dean will not associate with any person as he was soul artifact.
"do you believe if I said I know what is going to happen in next decade will you believe me," jack said to mr.dean
"What nonsense are you talking about" clearly he did not believe jack.
"Lord Voldemort Tom Marvolo riddle Horcruxes "
"WHAAT" the hat was shocked as the information about the Horcruxes even the hat did not now.
"Are you a clairvoyant" a person who sees the future.
"No" Jack replied.
The jack just told him about harry potter, the basilisk.... just a basic overview.
"so what are your plans, if you need help just ask".
"First I wanted to improve myself in magic and soul powers"
"so that why you wanted to go to Room of requirement" just nodded.
