1 1 - Religious?

"Wh..why is so noisy?" scratching her eyes she saw many blurred figures of people surrounded her.

"No pulse...

She died already."

"a pity.."

"call ambulance!"

"Where is the driver who hit her?"

"Wh.who died?" pulling all her strength to stand up, Jolie try harder to make her vision clearer. She looks up and stared far away above to relax her eyes then focus on stars. "It's late. Mom will nag at me." Looking over to the people around. "Why am I in the middle of the road? And who died?"

Looking closely to the body in the stretcher they putting inside the ambulance she saw a familial body, her shoes, her knee-length skirt, her blouse to her very own bloody face.

"wha.what.. what happened?" She's asking around but no one did answer her. She tried to stop someone but her hand just go through. she's like a hologram, like a spirit without a body, like a ghost. She stepped back with a shock pale-faced.

"Are they all dead?"

"Pftt!" someone in the crowd suddenly laughed.

"who's that!? show me yourself! is there someone alive like me here!?" looking around she found a man with a hooded jacket going away.

"hey! wait!" attempting to follow him.

"We're not dead, You are." not looking back to see her looks then he just walk away.

She wasn't even given the chance to take a glimpse at the man's face.

"I'm dead?" startled, looking at her slim hands and a sexy but conservative body. "no, I can't!"

shaking her head then remembering what happen to her.

She was on her way home after going at night in their church. Their family is known of being a religious family. Every other day their grandmother together with her siblings, sons and daughters in law goes to church to pray for a peaceful life every other day. Jolie works a part time job in the morning so she can't go to the church together with their family, but because they practice to be a solid religious family they advised her to go pray at church every night. Then while crossing the streets, a truck suddenly hit her and everything gone all that left is light.

The Santos Family is known for a "exaggerating" religious family in town.

Even they look like a simple living rich family people in town can't help it but doubt them.

Firstly because of exaggerating days of church going. It will be just normal if it's in old days period but this is modern days! it's 2019 now!

Secondly, is the old story about them. They say the family is curse with a no female member family before they have become religious. All the ladies they have are daughter-in-laws, the rest are sons.

Generation after generation the Old grandma of the family didn't stop thinking of ways to end the curse and it bear the fruit they have waited for.

And Lastly, they look like they never get old. The old grandma in her 70s still looks 40s.

Their Six sons,Joseph,the first son, today He's 48 years old but still looks like a 30 yr old man. Joshua a 45, Jimmy a 44, and Jasper a 42 all looks like just a 30 years old. John a 38 and Jig a 35 still looks like teenagers.

Some thought they are vampires like in a twilight movie, they have fair beautiful skin and under the sun they glitters.

Despite every rumors many ladies have queue up to volunteer to be eaten by them though they already have wives , and though they aren't vampires, that's why they ended up securing and hiding their looks in the crowd, except for business.They have all the riches! with all the properties, money and treasures they have inherited, they could feed themselves up to 10 generation without earning another money, but of course, they won't be laze out just because of that. Old grandma taught her sons well, wishing every good deeds they'd do will bear a fruit she have been waiting for.

And because they are super rich, super handsome and super everything have everything, they do not have anymore interest in what family background will their in-laws have. Of course, It's because they are all daughters who will join their family soon. As long as they can break the curse they can have all they wanted to them, fortunately, their daughter in laws love their husbands truly so none of them take advantage.

It's just only Lianne gave birth to a daughter with Joseph. The mother of Jolie. Lianne is the 9th daughter of Marquez family in a province of X country. They are all sisters and she's the last one. After a huge amount of persuasion of Santos family, and with the help of a church minister, finally! they agreed.The Marquez couple aren't greedy, also their daughters before but not anyone can't money change personalities.

Because Lianne, their sister, break some rich family curse,inflate some egos. They began being proud, capricious and shameless. They now hated their humbled past, not even recognizing their relatives anymore and started living in cities in S country, where Santos family reigns.

Not knowing where to go, her feet decided to go home to her newly bought condo.

She subconsciously open and closed the door.

"Have you heard the news already?"

"Lady beauty in 301 got accident, and in critical condition they say she won't see the sunrise tomorrow"

The two maintenance passing heard the bang closing sound of the door 301.

looking at each other they didn't dare to scream or they'll cause a ruckus to the residents and restrain their will to run. They just walk fast instead, while shivering, Suddenly they saw someone, A man standing tall with clean and neat white long sleeve shirt with neat black pants, clean fresh cut hair near the door probably his condo.

They got relax their scrunched up muscles and faced the handsome man.

"gugu good morning mister!" greeting the two to the man facing his back to them.

The man stop walking through the door.

"good morning" without looking back to them He smiled slightly, then suddenly pass through the door without opening it.
