1 Chapter 1: Reincarnated into RWBY with the JoJo System

Ugh… what the hell happen the last thing I remember was just walking down the road ahead of some guy then out of nowhere a god damn helicopter just crashed into me!
Well at the very least it's a bizarre way to go out with in a glorious fashion.

Oh, thank god I still remember my anime and manga knowledge but can't remember my family not so bad… I think…
Then suddenly I look around to see I'm only a small blue light like from soul eater…
Wait a minute if I died and I'm a soul and got crashed from a random object and I'm in some kind of void like space…
Oh, fuck all kinds of ducks…
Then I felt a presence before me come near me that a ball of light come before me with some somehow having an angel sound playing in the background well at least this ROB has style coming here.
When I saw the ball of light comes here it had a deep voice sounding apologetic to me, "I'm sorry young man but you weren't the target for that helicopter to crash from it was supposed to be the next person behind you my bad."
Just like that the music background just abruptly stops right there and my thinking process just stops before I say, "I'm sorry but what?"
I feel that this ROB is very sloppy with his job then I heard him say, "I know what you're thinking young man but I did a sloppy job if only that truck wasn't on a vacation for the next 300 years it would have been an easy job to do."
Then I heard the ROB sigh out to me and replies in a tired tone, "But as by our ancient law if we get the wrong target, we give you two wishes from the Wheels of We Fucked Up!"
Wait I want to hear more about this ancient law and how this wheel is created it sounds way more interesting than my current predicament then I hear from ROB, "No you don't get to know our law mortal."
Damn it!
Then I listen in to what the ROB describes the Wheels of We Fucked Up I want to meet this person who come up with that name, "Now then mortal soul how the wheel works is that one will transport you to reincarnate into another world by random and the other wheel will give you one cheat item, power, energy, or system on your way."
Then I ask the ROB worriedly, "So I don't get to make my own choice on the matter then ROB?"
ROB replies to the soul with it shaking no motion, "No if it was the person that was targeted then he would have no choice for this but in your case I'll let the Wheels spin three times to see what you get and you choose where to go and what cheat you get."
I sigh in relief from the ROB thank him and all his glory for his just and gave me a chance, 'Maybe this won't be so bad after all what could the worst happen.'
When I saw the both the Wheels begin to spin, I immediately regret ever saying those words when I saw the worlds of my choice: Berserk, Blood C, RWBY.
When the soul saw this, he didn't to laugh at his luck or cry at the choices that he was forced to take and the cheat were also bad except for one: JoJo System, Founding Titan, Quirk Pop Off.

When I saw my options I just sigh while the ROB glow seems to lose its light and says to me apologetically, "Yeah… sorry but those are your options but hey you can get a System to help you and it's not a bad one either but those worlds though…"
Yeah, yeah, I get the point there ROB but first, "Hey ROB do I get to choose where I will be reincarnate to and can I keep my memory?"
ROB regains his light and hums about my question and shakes it ball of light up and down motion, "Hmm… I could bend the rules just this once I suppose and the memories you have will pass over to the next world you choose young soul?"
Yes! Now with that I say to the ROB about what I want clearly, "OK then can I get to be reincarnated into the Schnee family the same age as Weiss and if possible, the JoJo System, and can you make it that I have Silver Eyes?"
Rob stops for a bit as if he was thinking but then responds to me, "Hmm… I can do the reincarnation to the Schnee family, but the Silver Eyes are off limits I'm afraid I'm already bending the rules already so don't be this greedy young soul."
Well I guess I was asking for too much, but this is good anyway I get what I can with that I say to the ROB, "Well in any case thank you for helping me get what I need ROB even if you did kill me by accident."
The ROB nods it ball of light then says to the soul, "Well at least your taking this very well so now then soul I wish you the best of luck in your Bizarre Adventure."
Before I was teleported in a flash of light, I had said this before I was reincarnated in the world of Remnant, "ARE YOU SERIOUS!!!"
With that the Soul vanish to be reincarnated into the world of RWBY with the ROB going back to his work, "Yes… Now then where is that kid that ran away from the helicopter crash, I have another just for you."
With that I was suddenly inside a small body wrapped around in a cloth with another baby right next to me while were both yelling, "Ahhh! Yahhhh!"
When I came to, I see Willow Schnee in front of me with a few doctors as well as while she carries me and what I assume to be Weiss Schnee till I got my answer from Willow, "My baby girl will be named Weiss Schnee and my baby boy Eis Schnee."
When I heard the name Eis doesn't that mean in German ice? Well at least this family will involve in the theme of being snow white somewhere down the line should have expected that.
I continued to act like a baby to the outside world trying to talk but instead it comes out as baby cries, "Ahhh!"
This will be an interesting experience to be a baby again but finding some anime is going to be the hard part in Atlas if I remember is a place where they keep emotions sealed for our safety…
This is going to be a long day for me to find some good material or I could just make my own anime in this world but first where is my system?

So, I get what I want from the series damn I guess I need to find away earn them but what's with the level system?
"[The Skill Lv. Is a way to measure the user skill level of the stand or skill they have, but the starting skill or stand will be at level 1 the max being 10 for some while others can evolve once you meet the criteria for the necessary items for evolution.
For an example if you have Star Platinum you can only do the time stop for one second since your level will be at 1 but you can increase it by getting the same stand each time to level up in the same series but you will still feel the stamina drain when using their ability.]"
I understand how that functions at least if I want to continue my duration of the ability, I need to get Star Platinum 10 times to get it maxed power it can get ok.
"[The Bizarre Mission function lets you to participate in a mission getting rewards that revolve around your life but don't always expect to come all the time since it will rarely come so best get lucky on what you get.]"
So don't always rely on you unless needed and me make my own work ok that is something I can live with then I heard a door open to reveal my scum bag father Jacques with a younger Winter and what I assume the short kid to be a young Whitely.
When he entered the room, Willow tries to be nice to her husband, "Hello dear, we have two new members in the family Eis, and Weiss Schnee come and take a look."
I see that Jacques just scoffs at me while getting back to pretend with Willow heartless jerk, "Why yes dear these two are certainly wonderful addition to our family."
Careful their scum bag the minute I can walk and kick ass I'm coming for you and bring you down before the plot could happen!
But first I asked the system while I was crying to the outside world to annoy Jacques, 'System you wouldn't happen to have a starter pack yes?'

I smile at the real world knowing what I can do with one token, but the question is which series should I get a stand from Stardust Crusader or Golden Wind they have pretty good stands to randomly get hard choice to make here?
