2 MYSTERY

12th January, 2019 (4:00pm)

John woke up and stood up trying to recall what happened. He tried for a long time, then it became clear to him that HE'S LOST HIS MEMORY. He was devastated, then he decided he had to look for clues on what happened. He was still busy searching for clues when he heard his stomach grumble, then he realized he was hungry. He searched through the building but couldn't find any food whatsoever. Although, on his way out of the house, he found a slightly worn-out backpack. He reckoned he would need it so he carried it along. He approached the entrance and turned the door knob, he opened the door.

Immediately he looked up fear gripped him and sweat tricked down his face. Having him were series of destroyed and ravaged houses. What caused this destruction was entirely shrouded in mystery as John had no idea as to how it happened, dozens of horses have been totally wrecked and torn apart. He then decided to move through the area in hope of getting an explanation.

(4:50pm)

He's been searching for quiet a while now but it still looked gloomy. Night seems to be fast approaching now. John thinks for a while and says, "I think I'll better search this wreckage for food and water, in going to need it."

(5:45pm)

He finally managed to find a little bit but of food which includes; a canned tuna, rusks, half-spoilt fruits and vegetables(he thinks, at least this is better than none) and a few bottles of water. Along with this, he found an old rusty axe and a issue 49 pistol. He puts all this in the bag pack. Confident he's had enough supplies to lay him for a while he sets out for a while he sets out for the house he woke up in to take shelter for the night. As approached the house, suddenly, he was attacked by a pack of rats, a cold shiver ran down his spine. This rats were triple the size of an average rat with razor sharp teeth and claws and what's more one of them glowed . He quickly draws out the pistol and shot them dead. He decides to take a closer inspection on the glowing rat. To his surprise he found out that the rat was radioactive.

He quickly brought out an unused journal book and a pen(both he found while searching for food) and wrote....

DAY 1, 12TH JANUARY, 2019

SEEMS LIKE THE ENTIRE CITY HAS BEEN DESTROYED BY A MYSTERIOUS OCCURRENCE WHILE I PASSED OUT. MYSTERIOUS ENORMOUS RATS ATTACHED ME AND ONE OF THEM SEEMED TO BE RADIOACTIVE.

He thinks for a short while then write;

MY HYPOTHESIS FOR NOW IS THAT SOME KIND OF NUCLEAR WEAPON CAUSED THE DESTRUCTION. BUT IF SO, WHY DOESN'T THIS PLACE CONTAIN RADIATION.

He closes the book and shuts his eye for a little while. He returns the book to his backpack and made up his mind it was much safer to set up camp in the woods.

(6:20pm)

He picks a suitable for and uses his axe to chop some wood and proceeds to lighting then up. He then gathers up wood and made a tent. He opened his backpack and eats a little bit of the rusks and drinks water. Satisfied, he lays down and tried to sleep.
