5 The secretary.

Scoffing at what Jest said at first, Kaylin looked mulled over what he heard. If what Jest said was the truth, it was tempting. Especially since there was obviously something the Jest knew that he didn't.

"Alright Jest, you have my interest, am I allowed to know anything about this world I would be taken to?" Kaylin asked while sitting up, trying to be a little more proper and polite, he had been rude to Jest, but knew that he should show some respect and decorum.

As Jest listened to what Kaylin asked and watched his movements, he couldn't help but beam. This mortal, first shocked and mocking, had been listening the entire time! To top it off, to show he was actually taking an interest he sat up and his demeanor showed respect, even though he was being cautious. 'This-this being is amazing! Oh man he is giving me the shivers all over. Oh he is exceeding all my expectations! Whoops! Need to reel myself in.

"Well let me see, I have a little guide book somewhere, oh where is the damn thing." Jest muttered as he searched the folds of his suit as a chime was heard. "Oh! I think that was your phone."

Confused, Kaylin checked his phone. Who would be messaging him at this hour. As he unlocked his phone an angry woman's face appeared on the screen screaming "JESTRAAAAA!" scaring Kaylin backwards and falling out of his chair as the phone floated there.

The phone turning to follow the person falling backwards realized they screamed at the wrong person floated over. "Oh I am so sorry! Have you seen my boss anywhere mortal?" as a clearing of a throat could be heard where Jest was, Kaylin silently pointed in his general direction. Turning the phone looked at the jester and floated over. "Dammit boss, you left unannounced and forgot the manual again! What if you found a prospectiiiiivee....." the person on the phone trailing off in a slightly nervous high pitch, turned back to look at Kaylin. "Oh, whoopsie.... sorry boss."

"Well since you are on the phone, great timing." Beamed Jest, watching Kaylin in amusement as he rolled to the side and fixed his chair, sitting back at the table. "I was unexpectedly brought upon this fine person after passing my test with flying colors. He even told me to frick off!" at the last part Jest guffawed. "However the manual didn't come with me. Zayxin, could you please come here with it~" Jest asked sweetly, at the end of saying the sentence, the woman known as Zayxin immediately appeared.

Zayxin was unlike anyone he had seen. She was wearing suit just like any secretary, with straight leg pants, a white long-sleeve undershirt, with a black vest and red tie, with very short heels, just enough to make a click-clack noise as she walked. She carried herself like a proud business woman. Her height was roughly his, but after that, the similarities ended. Her skin was a dark purplish grey. Her frame was a gentle hourglass that showed her soft muscular frame nicely under her suit, just enough to show ferocity to any who thought to do anything up-to no good. Her face was a soft oval, but, the greatest stark contrast was her eyes and hair! Her eyes were so green and radiant, it would put any emerald to shame, and her hair, a bright vibrant red done in dreadlock braids reached down to the middle of her back.

Kaylin gawked as they acknowledged each others presence. Shaking his head to come back to his senses.

Zayxin also didn't miss her chance to get a better look at Kaylin while he gathering himself together. The moment she saw Kaylin she was awestruck at his simple beauty. Immediately whispering in Jest's ear. "Are you sure he is human?! His features are almost that of a vampire!" Jest raising his hand to silence Zayxin and shaking his head yes that Kaylin was human.

"Well, my original plan was to read to you what I could or could not say, but since you have heard my real name. That being Jestra, I have a better idea! As the god of summoners, Kaylin I offer Zayxin to be your first soul summon!"
