I frantically walked into the meeting room eating my donut as quick as I could before sitting in my seat.

"Now that everyone has finally arrived let's begin" said the apartment head Mr.Richards

The lady who I had not seen before started talking,

"Someone has murdered an important politician in North France, however there is a witness"

"But how exactly was he murdered?" I said

"Well he was soliciting sex workers and the one he got must have been the one who chopped off his penis and murdered him I presume"

"Were any fingerprints found?" Jisoo said

"Yes but these fingerprints are not on file, anywhere, so the witness is our only hope of catching the murderer which also means that the murderer would likely want to travel to England and murder the witness"

"So we'll increase security that's fine" said Mr.Richards

"Yes and the witness were injured in the attack somehow but we'll know the full story once they fully recover, Any questions?"

" This is off topic but who are you may I ask?" I said

" I'm Miss.Ellwood to you"

PARIS

I walked with my bags of clothes I had bought using the money from my recent payment into my apartment where I set them down before taking off my jacket and putting on my robe.

I sat down with a bottle of champagne and started watching television when I heard the door unlock and someone come in, I turned around to see...

"Otto!" I smiled and greeted him,

"Hey Rosè we need to talk"

"About what?"

"About Martin"

"The guy who I murdered up north?"

"Yeah I told you to do it discreetly was there a need to take off his..."

"penis?"

"Yes that, and there is a witness"

"How?? I thought I killed him and his friend"

"You killed Martin and injured his friend, he's being held in a hospital in London where you'll have to go and kill him to ensure your safety"

"Fine I'll do it tommorow today im going to rest" I said as I closed my eyes,

"How are you even able to rest when your whole life is on the line?" He said as he paced around the room.

"Rosè?" he stepped closer to me and looked at my face on the couch

"Did you actually fall aslee-"

"BOOO" I screamed while his face was above me making him jump and hold his heart as he tried to catch his breath

"You can't be doing that anymore I'm getting old, if I died they'd give you another Director"

"Exactly and what's wrong with that"

"I'm the only one who's on your side and you know that"

"Otto we don't need to talk about this you should get going and do your job for them"

He didn't say anything and just walked off.

LONDON

[Jennie pov]

I'd been looking at all these unsolved murder cases on the computer and I felt like they were linked, the murderer had gone undetected for so many cases. They all has something about them, like a style almost of the murderer eventhough the way these people died were nothing alike other than the fact they were murdered. I heard Mr.Richards come in and I quickly clicked off the tab.

"Jennie, you've been assigned to try and interview the witness tommorow since he has been coming in and out of consciousness"

"oh okay" I said as I started to pack up since it was late,

HOME

When I arrived home I was greeted by Louis who kissed my cheek before I sat down at the dinner table and ate some ramen with him.

"So how has work been today?"

"Oh it's been good just some more people being murdered and stuff"

"Jennie we need to talk,"

"huh?"

"I'm concerned you've become too invested in your work and you aren't taking care of yourself, today let alone you worked an hour over time without being asked to or getting paid extra for it,"

"I get carried away with research on things sometimes"

"Yeah but you've been doing it for the past month"

"Look I know you're worried for me but don't worry I'm fine" I said as I finished my food and headed up stairs.

LONDON

[Rosè pov]

I had arrived in London around 8pm but Otto told me that some woman from London was going to interview the witness in around 30 minutes, the security had also been increased apparently so I might have to do some extra killing.

I dressed up in the nhs uniform and put my blonde hair up in a bun in the toilets of the hospital. When a lady walked in.

[Jennie pov]

I had around 30 minutes before the interview started so I went to the toilets to fix my hair that had been ruined on the way to the hospital.

As I put my hair up I noticed the girl next to me was staring so I looked over and our eyes met. They seemed so mysterious, yet so aware.

Before she left she finally spoke in the most British accent I've ever heard

"Wear it down" she smiled and left

I was confused but something in me said I had to do what she said so I just brushed my hair out and left it like that.

I walked out of the bathroom to the room where the witness was supposed to be in when I saw a guards body Infront of the room, my eyes widened as I walked into the room and saw more guards bodies severely stabbed and even a nurses but worst of all I saw the witness gasping for breath.

I screamed for someone to help as I held down the wound on the witness as I told him to hold on but to my horror I watched as his eyes lost life.

I was crying with blood all over my hands as Jisoo heard my screams and came trying to comfort me. She called the police and I could hear the sirens in the background but I had zoned out.

Everyone who died, it was my fault
