10 individual training

"orihime there are three things i am gonna train you on the first will be your physical strength as you said your weak ridiculously weak in fact you are almost weaker then i was at beacon if it weren't for your hairpins you would be weaker" i said she nodded knowing i was right

"good then get on the ground your doing some push-ups" i said she did as i said and i slammed my foot onto her back

she screamed in pain and her arms completely collapsed

"up" i commanded and she tried to push up but the pressure was to much

"i can't your too heavy" she said

"if you can't do it then you don't need to be in my squad" i said it wasn't a problem that orihime was weak that was fixable the problem was orihime is pampered and soft and that was something i was gonna fix right now she continued to try and push up even with the pressure against her back eventually and very slowly pushing into the air she held in the air for several seconds before slowly lowering herself in fear of what i'd do if she let herself collapse

"you have to be faster than that" i said and she began to push up again

it took four weeks for her to be able to do a proper set of push-ups in those for weeks i broke her in almost every way imaginable hardening her up making her similar to soifon i made she wasn't too broken and kept the kind side however i made sure that she wasn't controlled by it this made her a better rider and a better teammate mizuki loved the new orihime however captain kurosaki was angered by it screaming at me i calmly told him that i gave her a chance to back out she wanted to grow stronger i made her stronger she couldn't have that soft side interfering not in our line of work it would get her killed i then explained if he didn't want this then why did he let her become a shinigami in the first place

at that he was ready to draw his zanpakuto to which i had yukino ready to defend myself captain rukia agreed with me as did every other captain and so captain kurosaki was forced to concede

after i trained her i gave her one final test after gaining permission from captain soifon i took her to the detention center and found a prisoner who was sentenced to death and i had orihime kill him and she did rather quickly too

"good" i said she nodded

"orders sir" she asked

"no orders" i said and she calmed herself sheathing her zanpakuto which through my brutal training she unlocked her shikai making the last of my squad to do so to say the academy was shocked an entire squad unlocked shikai was amazing

after completing orihime's training i personally trained the rest of the squad even my and liena's weapon partners weren't safe as they went through the training too and because of this we graduated not long after also do to our mission success streak we went on many missions and not one have we failed which made us impressive
