What is it means?

"It's because of him, that boy over there. He intervened in my experienced exorcism and his foolishness caused this horrible death."

Fr. Sebastian blamed everything on John for saving his own face and getting his revenge on John.

The crowd started murmuring. They all knew the truth. They were hesitating to oppose a strong person like Fr. Sebastian. Still some of them started shouting at him.

Natasha understood that this was the real purpose for him to come forward after the exorcism was done. She started screaming and trying to attack Fr. Sebastian, like a mad girl. But she couldn't do anything to him after all that.

John felt sad for her. He didn't even think about the consequences he would have to face being in a situation like this. He was in a big problem but all he thought about was seeing Natasha becoming sad because she's helpless.

Some of the reporters came to him and started asking him why he intervened. Fr. Paulson knew it's all a set-up by Fr. Sebastian and Fr. Michael. The reporter's also knew the truth but still they acted like they didn't. Watching the reporter's trying to put the blame on John, the people around there started shouting at the media.

The police tried to stop them but the crowd was too strong. The news reporters understood if they took it any further, the truth about the exorcism might be explored. So they put down their cameras and walked away.

When John and Fr. Paulson decided to walk back, Natasha noticed that Mark's eyes were so redish. But she didn't give any importance to it.

This incident caused a lot of damage to John's image in the church. And Fr. Sebastian became more popular. The reporter's take the money Fr. Sebastian gave them and they twisted the story. All the world thought that Fr. Sebastian was the one to succeed.

But Fr. Paulson told everything to the senior. So Fr. Andrewson came to know the truth.

[Back to the present…]

Last time it was Sera who got possessed, this time it's mark. Not only that Sera only came in a ghost form on her face. Mark is completely turned into a wolf monster. Even if John didn't see it in real life, he felt a little scared by the guys explaining at the town.

John forgot his backpack in his vehicle so he went back to take it. Natasha saw the black and white fur cat but this time she decided to leave him be. While he was taking the bags, he looked at the lemur. It was still unconscious. He made sure it's safe and walked back to them.

John looked at Mark. He remembers the good dog put his life in front of danger just to protect his loved ones. John also thought about the feelings of Peter and Sera. He couldn't even think of anything bad happening to a little lemur he just found, Peter and Sera thinking Mark as a son.

John looked at them. Their faces are full of sadness. John looked down, he slapped his own face. He wanted to put himself together so he could forget his feelings and do the exorcism perfectly. John looked at Mark. He was still unconscious. John looked around. He felt that the atmosphere was pleasant even after a monster dog attacked the area.

It's a sign.

It means that the evil spirit isn't in control, or it has already left. But he knows it's not a type of spirit that gives up on anything. John remembered its name. It was Richard. He was planning to perform the exorcism. Within seconds he realized he's been watched by someone. John noticed that the man from earlier is still keeping a close watch over him.

John took the holy book and the holy water. He drank some of the water and closed his eyes like he's chanting.

But in reality he was concentrating. He wanted to hear everything around him. He started counting. 1… 2… 3… 4… 5… 6…

Six. He got six sets of sounds from living things around him. He felt that it's odd that only a short number of living things around him besides Peter, Sera and Mark.

Usually at least there will be some animals or birds around such a wide area. John thought they all might have escaped while the wolf caused destruction. He tried to point out the sounds. One is a cat. Another is a dog. And there was a snake trying to find a place to hide. Then he noticed that a girl was lost and crying. She was wandering around searching for her mother.

John told Sera to get to the direction of the girl and take care of her. Sera immediately walked towards it.

The other two were two humans. One he understood was the guy from the town that had been following John for all this time. The second one, John felt familiar. He concentrated on that point and realized it's Donna. John opened his eyes and looked at Natasha.

She understood his look and flew towards Donna. She realized that Donna is simply watching him but doing nothing else. She seemed a little scared.

John walked towards Mark. John was thinking of tying up Mark on a tree or something but he remembered if what he heard is right, nothing can stop the wolf monster. He decided to put his fate on the god. He prayed to god for the wellbeing of everyone.

John told Peter to bring a rope. John knew it's pointless, still he tied Mark to the tree beside him. John looked at the sky. The sun was so bright and represented a pleasant day even when all this happened but now, it's hidden in the clouds. And slowly the dark started spreading.

Natasha came back and she came closer to John. She looked like she was scared. But the reason for her fear wasn't the spirit possessed Mark, it was the black and white fur cat. It was staring at her this whole time. John felt deja vu. He drank some of the holy water again and started reading the holy book. He knew his powers needed the boost to defeat the spirit of Richard. So he used his powers from the beginning. He started glowing.

Mark opened its eyes. It was full of sadness. Within seconds it started changing. His eyes became fully red like they were filled with blood. Natasha remembered seeing its eyes like that on the day John performed an exorcism on Sera. She came to know that it was for real and not just an imagination of what she saw that day.

Mark started barking like crazy. He was forced to get free. His strength was unbelievable, he was about to tear the tree apart. The whole atmosphere becomes so dense and dark. Even Natasha felt the cold air. She started shivering like she's on ice.

Sera came back with the little girl. The girl was crying even in Sera's hands. Peter saw them and walked towards them. He told sera to get the girl far away from here. He was actually thinking about Sera's safety as well as the girl's. They walked away and Peter waited there and watched everything John was doing.

John increased his power level so much so he could defeat Richard's spirit. John decided not to make the same mistake twice. He knew that Richard might be prepared to oppose John's exorcism. John drank the holy water again. His glowing became so intense that the darkness around there vanished. Peter closed his eyes. Natasha noticed that the cat is still watching everything like the light isn't affecting him. Aren't cat's too sensitive to light? She thought.

John's power suppressed Richard's spirit and converted its energy into Mark's energy. Suddenly Mark started changing its form. He became so big and looked like a wolf. Peter wasn't able to see what's going on because of John's glowing. But Peter sensed something dangerous and he moved back to a safe spot slowly.

The tree and the surroundings were blown away. But he was too weak to stay in that form. He started shrinking and changing. The wolf walked towards John and within a few steps it fell down.

Within seconds he came back to his original form. The spirit of Richard started coming out like a white smoke. John looked at Natasha and said,

"Nat get ready. He's as weak as possible but there is a good chance he could still cause some damage to you. So be careful."

Natasha looked at John and smiled. She said,

"You still underestimate me, June. You have never seen the real Nat yet. Just wait and see."

She said that and flew towards Richard's spirit. Richard was forming back to his own self. He looked like a ghost with a monstrous figure. He screamed out loud like a maniac but only John and Natasha were able to hear that. Natasha tried to attack him close but Richards' one hit sent her flying like a baseball.

She fell down. Richard screamed again. John walked towards Natasha and looked at her. He was holding a funny smile on his face. He said,

"I warned you not to underestimate him. Now look at you. You look like dog poop."

Natasha became angry and her face pouted. She said,

"Now why don't you go and take a hit from him."

John slightly laughed and turned around. He looked at Richard. Richard had already started to evaporate like boiling water. He looked at John and said,

"You foolish energy beings. You work as a slave for the wrong people. One day… hear me well one day you will be betrayed by the ones you trust. And to you, it's already happened. You will come to know one of these days."

After saying that Richard started screaming and he exploded like a bomb.

John didn't understand those words. But it hit his heart so bad. He started thinking. What did the spirit mean by it already happened?
