1 Chapter 1 - Enrollment
" I am sorry, Mr Crown but this is an all-female institute, we do not allow men to enrol." said the beautiful Madeline Lockheart, Headmistress of the St. Theresa Institute for Gifted Young Ladies. She was sitting behind her mahogany desk, which was stacked with documents, books and other papers.
Jason had heard rumours about this gorgeous headmistress of this all-female academy. He had expected the rumours to be exaggerated but seeing the woman in the flesh, he found the rumours fell short of her true beauty.
If there was one word to describe Madeline, it would be "goddess." She was a woman of great beauty, grace and intelligence. Her eyes were a striking shade of green, like emeralds and her hair was a luxurious, dark chocolate. She was tall, standing at 5'10'' and had a slender frame with long legs.
Her breasts were large and round, perfectly proportioned to her body. They were so big and perky that they made it hard not to stare. And her ass, oh my god, it was perfect. She had a curvy ass that could make any man drool.

At first, Jason only intended to control her and get into the institute without much hassle. After all his real goal was to the student's dorm.
During his research, he discovered that the St. Theresa Institute's student dorm was the most expensive and luxurious in the country.
It was a five-star hotel with its own indoor swimming pool, gym, and spa.
And not to mention the most important part about the student's dorm that attracted Jason in the first place, the fact that only the hottest and most beautiful students were allowed to stay there.
All the students who live in the dorm are required to go through a strict screening process before they are allowed to enter. This ensures that only the best and most beautiful students are living there.
But to live in the dorm, one has to study at the academy.
After finding out about the requirements for staying at the student's dorm, Jason came up with a plan.
He was going to control the headmistress's mind and force her to allow him into the school, and after getting into the academy, he would then control all the girls in the student's dorm and make them his harem.
However, things didn't go as planned.
Because he intended to just control Madeline, and make her accept him into the school, but after finally seeing this 35-year-old headmistress in person, Jason couldn't help but change his mind.
She was just too damn hot.
The way her green eyes stared at him, her full lips curled into a smile, and her breasts pressed against her shirt. It was all too much for him.
He knew he had to have her.
And so, instead of just controlling her mind and forcing her to allow him into the institute, Jason decided to control her completely and make her his concubine.
He decided to control her and make her fall in love with him, and then he would fuck her brains out.
After all, he had always had a thing for older women, and he couldn't deny the fact that she was the sexiest woman he had ever seen.
" It's a pity, then. I'll have to leave." Jason said with a fake look of disappointment on his face.
" That is unfortunate," Madeline said.
" But, since I've already come all this way, how about a goodbye gift?" Jason asked.
" A gift?" Madeline asked, curiously.
" Yes," Jason said. " Just something to remember me by."
Madeline looked at him suspiciously. She knew this boy was up to something.
And just like that, without warning, Jason's power started working on Madeline.
The moment Jason's power activated, a strange energy began to emanate from his body. This energy was invisible to the naked eye, but it could be felt by anyone within a 100 km radius.
As soon as this energy touched Madeline's mind, it began to change her thoughts and her emotions.
Within seconds, her entire perception of the world had been altered. She no longer saw Jason as a stranger but as someone very important to her. Someone she loved and trusted.
Jason's power worked by manipulating the brain's chemicals. He could alter the levels of hormones and neurotransmitters in a person's brain, changing their thoughts and emotions.
By controlling the chemicals in a person's brain, he could make them experience love, lust, fear, or any emotion he wanted them to feel.
It was an incredibly powerful ability, but it had one weakness.
To control a person's mind, Jason had to be within 100 km of them. This meant that if he wanted to control the mind of someone on the other side of the world, he would have to fly to them or use some other method of transportation.
But that was not a problem for Jason.
His power was not limited to just manipulating the chemicals in a person's brain.
He could also manipulate their minds directly.
He could control their thoughts, their actions, their memories, everything.
With his power, Jason could make a person believe they were a different person, or he could even erase their entire personality.
He could make a person do anything he wanted, and they would never question his orders.
With his power, Jason was virtually unstoppable.
As he continued to exert his power over Madeline's mind, he could feel her resistance weaken.
Her suspicion towards him was fading away and was being replaced with trust and affection.
She now saw him as someone she could rely on, someone she could love and trust.
She no longer saw him as a stranger but as her lover.
Her lover.
Yes, she loved him.
She loved him with all her heart.
And not just as a friend or a mentor. She loved him as a man.
She wanted to be with him, to feel his body against hers. She wanted to feel his lips on hers, to feel his hands exploring every inch of her body.
She wanted to make love to him, and she wanted him to make love to her.
She wanted to be his woman, his partner, his soulmate.
Jason's power worked fast.
Within a few minutes, he had completely changed Madeline's thoughts and feelings.
He had completely changed her view of the world.
She was now in love with him, and she would do anything for him.
She would give up everything for him.
Even her job.
" You know, I have been thinking," Madeline said. " Maybe there is something I can give you as a gift. After all, you have come all this way."
" Really?" Jason asked.
" Yes," Madeline said.
" What would that be?"
" Well," Madeline said. She stood up from her chair and walked over to him.
" It's a surprise."
She then placed her hands on his chest, and her lips were only a few inches from his.
" It's something I'm sure you'll like."
She then kissed him, a passionate and loving kiss.
As their lips touched, Jason could feel her love for him.
It was overwhelming.
He could feel her desire, her passion, her need for him.
It was easy, far easier than expected.
After kissing her, Jason realized how easy it was.
How easy it was to make her fall in love with him.
" So what do you think of the surprise?" Madeline asked.
" It was amazing," Jason replied. " I love it."
" Good," Madeline said. " And that's not the only surprise I have for you."
" What is it?" Jason asked.
" How about you follow me and see," Madeline said with a mischievous smile.
" Of course," Jason said.
As Madeline started walking, Jason couldn't help but stare at her ass. It was perfectly shaped, and it bounced up and down with every step she took.
He followed her down a long hallway until they reached a door at the end.
" This is my private office," Madeline said.
" I thought so," Jason replied.
" And it's the perfect place for us to continue our... conversation," Madeline said.
With a flick of her hand, the door swung open and the two of them stepped inside.
Once the door closed behind them, Madeline turned to face Jason.
" So, now that we're alone, why don't you tell me what else you'd like as a gift."
Jason's eyes went wide.
" What do I like?"
" Yes," Madeline said. " Anything. Anything you want. Anything at all. Just name it."
Jason grinned ear to ear.
" In that case, I want you to strip down and bend over the desk."
