Part 14: Comrades Collide

Xander pulls out a small scroll as he cuts into his hand,letting blood drip onto the scroll "I was only going to use this for something that could be a threat to us all...I've been watching you Jake.." The sky starts to darken as green lightning shoots out of the clouds. "You've always seemed off to me..especially after you decided to take on the Orc Chief yourself..then taking on half of the army by yourself…" he chuckles to himself. "And to think that what I was thinking was in my head.."

Jake looks at Xander with sadness in his eyes "We're friends Xander i'm not a mo-"

"A monster? No...that's exactly what you are Jake..and for me being the head of the Miyamoto Clan...I can't let you be able to do what you want…"

Lightning strikes the ground around them causing cracks into the ground. "Stop! Xander! Jake! You can't do this..please!" Evie says as she tries to break out of Leslie and Jaden's grasp.

"Evie..they aren't listening we need you to help protect the area!" Leslie says as he portal opens as a rock golem comes out. Making rock constructs surrounding the people nearby.

Xander looks at them "At Least they are somewhat safe." He looks at Jake "Listen here, prepare to die by my blade.."

"Forbidden Art Jutsu…Soul Fusion.." Xander's eyes glow green as thunder erupts and all of the lightning strikes him as he glows in a green light.

The light fades as Xander floats into the air with lightning coursing around him with green spectral wings, his sword's blade is now a green dragon that is wrapped around him as his armor is covered with a set of mithril dragon armor. "This is the true power of my clan Jake..brace yourself.."

Jake stands ready waiting on Xander to move "Xander yo-" Jake is knee in the chest and sent flying "What?! He didn't move!" he thinks to himself as he is slashed by an unseen force. Jake is then sent flying into the ground.

As the smoke clears Xander is standing on his chest with his sword to Jake's throat. "Agh!" Jake coughs up blood as he grabs Xander's blade as he starts to get electricuted. "Like I said Jake..brace yourself."

Jake markings turn black as he blasts Xander off of him, he gets up as his body regenerates from the cuts.

"So that's why you never needed Jaden to heal you.." Xander says as he files towards Jake, disappearing and reappearing.

Jake holds his arms out as a white shield covers his body as Jake sees the slashes of Xanders blade get deflected. "Sorry Evie had to take something out of your rule book.."

Xander stops above Jake "You can only defend yourself Jake, you won't be able to see me any longer." Xander flickers as more and more afterimages appear surrounding Jake.

They speak in unison "Lightning Style Miyamoto's Roar!" The dragon opens his mouth and starts to charge a huge ball of green electricity as Xander pulls his blade back.

Jake looks around him "Xander wait! We're friends man..I know we haven't known each other for a while.." He takes the shield off and stands there looking at him directly.

"He can see which is the real me?!" He scoffs as the blasts continue to get larger and larger "I can't take any chances Jake, farewell." he strikes downward sending a huge ball of energy on to Jake.

Jake holds it back as his clothes start to burn away "Argh! Come on! Xander! Stop!"

Xander grits his teeth "How...How?! DIE JAKE!!" he holds out his hand as shoots into the blast making it bigger as it consumes Jake.

Jake sees a flash of white as everything goes bright for him. "XANDER!!"

Evie cries out "Jake!" She makes a barrier around herself and expands, breaking Jaden and Leslie hold as she moves past the rocks golems cover. She continues to run towards Jake until Lightning strikes near her feet causing her to stop moving.

Xander looks down at her with a sad look upon his face. "Evie...don't come any closer, I need to make sure he's dead."

Evie drops to her knee crying "Jake..come back ..don't leave.."

The white light fades to black as Jake is laying in darkness "Poor baby brother...your friends have betrayed..the girl you love has failed to help you…" Says a familiar voice . "I...I.." the voice giggles "Shh baby brother let me take over..i'll protect you.."

A small white light appears in front of Jake, and right before he grabs it he is consumed by the darkness. "Arg! No!" he reaches for the light as the darkness takes him.

Xander looks down into the crater as everything begins to shake, as a roar erupts from where Jake once was. A white and black astral dragon shoots upward and swirls around Jake as he stands up.

Xander yells at Jake "Why won't you die!"

Jake opens his eyes staring at Xander "You call us a monster…"

Xander looks at Jake concerned "Us? What do you mean?"

Jake clenches his fists as His aura erupts as a shining light. "Then I'll show you a..a MONSTER!!" he growls as he crouches "Let's end this…"

Xander rushes Jake but in a flash Jake disappears "You can;t catch up to what I am now.."

Xanders dragon turns back into a blade "What are you?!"

Jake appears behind him "A monster.." He grabs Xander's head dragging it across the ground as he sends him flying into the destroyed church. Xander stands up and sees Jake flickering back and forth as he gets closer to Xander.

Xander holds out his hand shooting lightning beams at him as they seem to go through Jake "Wha..How!?"

Jake smirks as he holds his hand to the ground "He's going to destroy the planet!!" Xander says as he rushes towards him.

Jake looks up to Xander "No, I'm aiming at your face."

Xander laughs mockingly "There's no way you're aiming at my face! You must've gone bli-" Xander feels a barrage of punches that sends him flying into the air as he feels a triple kick across his face as he goes swirling towards the ground. He crashes next to Leslie and Jaden, beaten and bloody "Ge..get ou." he feels himself get punted back to the church as he feels himself get slammed onto the ground.

He slowly looks up and sees Jake's hand in his face as it charges a white blast. "Now perish Xander, we win.."
