7 Chapter 7- New Friends???

When Dante changed the direction of his sword attack which was a wind slash like the bear's claw attack, his eyes were only fixed at the entrance of the cave where there were four cubs looking at the bear with tears in their eyes and when they saw him they looked angry and pitiful. Dante then looked back towards the bear and sighed, he didn't want to take some kids parents away even if they are animals, he had his own morals. Seeing this all four of the cubs rushed towards their mother and surrounded her while the bear itself was looking at Dante in confusion for a while.

Seeing this Dante said, "I don't know if you understand me, I just attacked you because five years ago you attacked me when I was hunting for food. You even chased me back to my home, while attacking to kill. Although I still haven't forgiven you, I can't kill you in front of your children or until they grow to become self-depended at least." The bear looked at Dante for a while then slowly and unstably walked back into the cave, unknown if it or now known she understood anything. Dante still sighed, looked back at the cave, and thought, "If what I know about wildlife is right, there might be one or many beasts that will now target the weakened mother bear. It would be pointless if do just spare her, there would be no point in my action because they might just end up dead just because I wanted to be petty and take my revenge."

Dante looked around for a while, and when he first started by removing any traces of the fight that he had, by using removing all blood particles with weak force and tried his best to restore some of the lands with his abilities. He then walked towards the cave and touched the entrance and muttered "strong force", which strengthened the cave further just in case his fight did any structural damage. Then his mind thought of anything more that he could do, all the while the family of bears noticed him silently, although the bear got scared when Dante moved towards the cave thinking that the human changed his mind when she saw the human just touched the cave stone and turned back, she looked comparatively more relaxed.

After another round of raking his mind with ideas, Dante could come up with only one solution, although he is sure that once his abilities grow he can do much more. He slowly moved into the cave which startled the mother bear and scared the cubs, but Dante slowly tried to appease them, "Listen I don't want to harm you or your children. I would just feel bad if because of me you or your children end up dead. So, I tried to remove all the signs of battle out there, which if it does, can decrease some chances of attacks from other beasts. I am just going to try to heal your wound, okay?".

Hearing this the mother bear seemed a little less scared but Dante was still unsure if she understood him. Dante slowly moved in front of the mother bear while removing the four cubs who were trying their best to show that they are dangerous all the while shivering. He did this very gently to show that he means no harm. He then examines the wound, and slowly put his hand on the stomach, and tries to manipulate magic energy in the area and guide it towards the wound. Although, Dante could feel that the magic energy did help elevate some pain and help heal quicker but he could tell that magic energy is not the best for physical heals, of course-specific magic for healing is a different story.

Dante takes his hand back and thinks of something else, while the mother bear sits quietly because she can feel that whatever this human did it felt better and her body seems to be in a much better condition. Suddenly, Dante exclaimed, "Yeah, what about ki?" which startled the bear family a little, and then Dante said slowly, "Sorry for that, here maybe this can work." and put his hand back over the wound and slowly manipulated ki towards the bear's body. For a while, it felt like there was no effect but soon the wound was closing up with visible speed which surprised Dante a little because he didn't know ki was this effective in healing because whenever he got injured during his training he thought that his hyper healing was doing its job. Which it was but seems like ki does a similar job, although with less potency.

Although, Dante wasn't aware of this at the present the bear was as soon as ki was transferred into her body she could feel how every bone, muscles, and tissue in her body was strengthening slowly. She could feel this type of energy that was being entered through this human's hand and what surprised her was the wound that was closing up soon. Even after the wound closed up Dante still channeled more ki into the mother bear thinking the ki could heal any other hidden injury which was there due to him, which actually proved to be beneficial for the bear even more.

After a while, Dante stood up, looked at the bear family, and said, "I have done what I could rest is up to you. Hope you do well.". After saying this Dante started to move back towards his safe zone, and hunted few animals for his dinner, although Dante was happy that he got stronger and got his revenge, he was still a little sad at the outcome. So, after eating dinner Dante didn't do anything and just went back to bed and rest properly after a while.

Early in the morning, Dante woke up and did his regular morning routines to head out for his training but when he went out, he was surprised at a giant bear more than 10 meters tall at the end of his safe zone, looking here and there. Dante was surprised and confused, so he picked up his sword and moved slowly towards the bear all the while removing all the restrictions on his body which he redid when he entered the safe zone yersterday. He slowly exited the area and pointed his sword towards the bear ready to attack but soon he was surprised at the bear's action.

The bear brought forward four small cubs, towards him. Dante was first surprised, curious and as to why the cubs were here and if this bear was the father but soon he was shocked because he could feel the same aura around the bear as the mother bear. He subconsciously asked, "Are you the mother bear from yesterday?", to which surprising the bear nodded a little. The cubs took this time to approach Dante while trying to climb him like a tree, "What happened to you? Did you evolve? Wait a minute, it was ki energy that I transferred in you yesterday. It changed you this much?", muttered Dante while looking at the mother bear also paying slight attention to the cubs.

"So what do you want from me? How did you find this place?" asked Dante, the bear pointed towards its nose and then pointed towards the cubs. Dante understood the first part that this bear smelled him and tracked him but in the second part he didn't but soon he had some understanding as to what the mother bear might be asking. "You want me to do the same thing with your children?", asked Dante slightly unsure, but the bear slightly nodded. Dante was still surprised but he felt he had nothing to lose, in fact, he could experiment with them and see what other things would happen. Because it is possible for the beast to evolve and it seems that from yesterday this beast seems a little more intelligent.

So, Dante took some time and slowly channeled some ki into all four cubs, and then to check if ki will have any further effects on the mother bear, he channeled some ki into her as well. Which she allowed happily, after he was done the mother bear rubbed her face on his face, which he thought was a sign of affection, and petted the mother bear a little. But all the while Dante was still very confused, but because he was losing his time in training he, waved at the bear family and returned to his training.

Dante continued with his training, for the rest of day, and after hunting for dinner, he went to sleep again. But again in the morning he was slightly surprised, amused, and annoyed because that bear family was again at the edge of his safe zone. He sighed and slowly walked towards the family, "What is it? Do you want me to do that today too?" asked Dante slightly annoyed, he didn't know that doing a little favor for the bear family they will take advantage of him. But looking at the sheer excitement in the cubs he couldn't help but smile helplessly.

So Dante did what he did yesterday, petted all five of them, and turned around while waving his hand, "Now I have to train, bye take care." and entered in his safe zone. But when he felt something behind him and turned around he was shocked, because the bear family followed him inside his safe zone. For a while, Dante panicked thinking that his safe zone doesn't work or it expired but when he looked at other small while animals completely ignoring this giant bear he had an idea of what was happening. "Either the barrier blocks unknown beats and animals, I am not sure if it blocks humans too because I have never seen any yet. As for why these five could follow me, it seems when I acknowledge someone harmlessly or when they don't have any bad intent or even have positive feelings they can enter or something. I still need to look more into it."

But still, Dante was surprised that this bear family entered here, so he tried to ignore them and started his training, while the family of five watched him intently. After Dante finished his training the mother bear stepped forward and stood in front of Dante. Dante was confused for a while before he understood, "You want to fight? like a spar" asked Dante, to which the bear nodded. Dante was surprised and happy because now he had a fighting partner which will improve his skills even more, and looking at the mother bear although she didn't grow from yesterday, Dante was sure that he could feel that she was stronger than yesterday.

So Dante without wasting time rushed at the bear, while the bear did the same...
