1 Chapter 1: Emperor and Flower Fairy

A long time ago when the world was just born there lived a man in a purple robe with bright white hair wandering in the middle of a dark abyss. His vermilion eyes tried to look for anything in this desolate place.

He walked endlessly around with seemingly nothing in sight, just as he started getting depressed and going crazy from wandering for so long, he saw something glow and ran up to it.

Upon closer inspection, his eyes widen in shock of how beautiful it looked.

The flower had many petals with different colors, as he walked around it the petals fall and scattered only around the flower. He carefully knelt down, while not expecting a response, he asks the flower if it can be his friend and fell down when it answered back.

The flower introduced herself as Bai Hui and she has been in this lonely cold place for so long not able to move. With sympathy in his vermilion eyes, the man quickly recomposed himself and told her his name is Fa Kang and he promised he would not leave her alone.

With his promise of eternal friendship Bai Hui was so happy she wiggled her stems and giggled. He gently picked her up with his hands and instead of trying to give her a hug he gave her a small peck on the petals.

Time seemed to pass by slowly as Fa Kang enjoyed his time with his newfound friend and made sure to not hurt her as she is fragile.

One day he felt he could do more for Bai Hui than just talk and sit in the void then decided to sit down in a cross-legged pose after gently putting Bai Hui down. He started feeling a thin string of power flowing through him and this caused him to concentrate on the string. After what seemed like an eternity of time a loud explosion could be seen.

Bai Hui was surprised then ask Fa Kang what that huge explosion was and gasp as she saw a single red streak across his side bangs. He was surprised to see his hair change colors as well and thought it could be relating to his cultivation.

With his newly leveled up body, he felt strong and a strange feeling overcame him like little tiny jolts of electric are going through his body.

Then in an instant with just a thought of wanting to create something blue and brown the sky appeared above them and the ground below. Then the sun and moon followed after grass and wind were forged from various parts of his body. Because he had leveled up his body can now regenerate.

With Bai Hui in his hand, he flew around this new world he had created and was excited by what he saw.

The sight was breathtaking for both Bai Hui and Fa Kang with each passing scenery they got more enthusiastic to see more. With each passing season, many things on this world change and creatures and beings alike take form.

Fa Kang learned over the years on how to control his cultivation and became so strong that he was able to do just about anything he wanted. Then a thousand years or so had passed and above the world seen the heavens were created. After he created the heaven and hell the deities all named him the Jade Emperor. Bai Hui could not cultivate because she has a special condition within her flower core.

Young deities do their best to impress their Jade emperor to get a promotion to a higher status and gain rewards.

Knowing that the flower could not become even a fairy many female deities and nobles try their best to seduce and charm their Jade Emperor into marrying them to obtain the best status among their clan.

Upon seeing many women always going after Fa Kang a feeling she hadn't felt before surfaced and her chest tightened. She wanted to tell them all to back off but, she was only a flower, as well as she felt maybe he would be more compatible with other women. Later during the night seeing some women sneak around his bedchambers, Bai Hui decided to try to find a way to cultivate.

Every night after everyone has gone to bed Bai Hui would try very hard to cultivate her flower core to become a fairy.

Unknown to Bai Hui, ever since the moon was created, its rays have slowly been absorbing into a part of her flower core and slowly over the years flowers have been appearing everywhere. About five hundred have passed since she started trying to cultivate at night and she started faintly glowing since then.

The next morning everyone gathered to the Jade Palace and held a meeting to decide on discussing the empress selection.

The officials all try to highlight their daughter's positive and best point that they think would get them the empress position. There were a few who were extra aggressive in their persuasion and dislike Bai hui since she is only a flower.

Those few officials commented to the Jade Emperor how that thing should not be allowed to attend this meeting much less be sitting right next to the Emperor.

Fa Kang got up from his throne and stared down at those ministers then said in a loud booming voice that they have no right to talk about Bai Hui that way. She may just be a flower, however, she is his first friend that never left him. She is the most important thing to him and they should respect his decision to keep her in their court meetings.

The aggressive ones could only look down with anger in their hearts as they could not retaliate against their Jade Emperor. Just as Fa Kang was about to discipline them a bit more, a light could be seen from Bai Hu.

The light around Bai Hui's plant body slowly formed into a female humanoid one and the light blind everyone.

When the light disappeared, the most beautiful woman they had ever seen appeared before them but, the only flaw is that she has a blindfold on. Everyone stared at this beautiful woman and wondered how the plant could cultivate.
