17 Bloody Letter

I heard from my mother that it is raining so You both should close all the windows .I went to my room and closed all the windows .My bedroom was the only one that faced the front of the house.

I saw someone going towards Ava's cottage .But I couldn't see his face .Suddenly the lightning struck and the man disappeared .

"Where he went ?" I talked to myself .

"Oh no it might be someone's trick .Relax Ava and get back to your way .Tomorrow we are leaving for a trip ."

And suddenly the light of my room went off .

I turned back to see what happened that the lightning struck and I could clearly see that man who was facing toward cottage standing at my door . I was shocked for a moment .He was facing towards me .He was moving towards me .

"Why ...Why are you coming here "

"He came closer to me .At first his hands were empty but suddenly there came a folded page in his hand .He put that page on my bed and turned towards my suitcase .

"Where is that book "he asked in a shaking voice .

"In it" I replied .

He has just picked the diary that The lightning struck again and I could see his face . He had a big lump on the head ,different sized eyes and blown up nose .I closed my eyes and started shouting .

I stopped when I heard the voice of my mother and father .

"Allice what happened .Why are you shouting ?"My father asked .

"And what is this why is your light off .The light has came "Said my mother .

My mother turned the light on . "What is this Allice ?Why your suitcase is opened and why all the clothes are on floor ?" she asked .

But I was totally shocked and without speaking a word I sat on the bed .

"Allice reply us what happened ?"Jacob replied .

"Nothing "I replied .

"Then why were you shouting ?"My mother asked .

I have seen a person right here in my room .He has opened my suitcase and he took away the diary "He took away the diary "My father asked .

"Yes " I replied .

And he started searching in the suitcase .

"There is book but no diary where it has gone Allice . ?"

"I said that he took it away "

"Who ?"

"That person took it away and he has left a letter "

"Where is it? "

I took it from the bed and opened it .It was all written with wet ink but my father told that it was written with blood. I started reading it loudly :-

"Dear Allice ,

You are very innocent .You can believe on anyone but I can't . I have warned you and your family to get out of here as soon as possible .Ok so now you all are going for trip but why are you taking this clue along with you .I am taking it away and yes one more thing you don't need to believe on Ava she will be safe and sound ,but you can be in danger . Have a safe and sound journey "

And it ended .I paused for a moment .

And then said

"Your invisible host "

"It is written in the end" I said .

"It meant that he came here for vanishing the clues but as you shouted he got no time and just took away the diary" my father replied .

My father quickly took the book in his hand and said "I will keep it with ,me "

"Jacob bring water for your sister "My mother asked Jacob .

And Jacob brought water .I drank all the water in one sip .I felt very sleepy and asked my mom to stay with me until I fell asleep .I can't remember what happened after I slept .

In the morning Ava's family came and my father told them everything .I also told them that how I had seen them near the cottage and then instantly in my room .

"Look this is the letter "my father said giving the letter .

Ava's father smelt the paper and said "It is written ith blood "

"Yes" I replied .

"Don't worry Allice ,he can never hurt anyone until we are united ." Ava's father said .

"Yes Allice ,don't worry if he has taken away the diary .We will find him with the help of old man and the book "Ava said .

"Old man ?"My father asked .

"Yes .....we have read about it in the book "

"Oh ok then leave everything .We were leaving "My father said .

"Let's put our luggage in the car "

And we all started packing the luggage and food in car .
