6 "Noah.. I... I will.."

Jack was looking at the dark clouds which started drizzling and immediately approached the kid to try out his godpanel.

At a distance of 10 meters, his godpanel was sending him some ringing sound in his head which was one of the settings of the godpanel to react when it comes in contact to hostile target also having a godpanel.

Jack immediately opened his godpanel, and used the only available skill in the godpanel called "appraisal" at the kid.

Jack does not know what kind of luck have fallen from them today to be able to see each other too soon.

Noah also felt the reaction of his godpanel and looked at Jack.

Jack ran to Noah and gave him a long hug "Noah it is really nice to see you again, you have not known how much I wish to see you guys again"

Of course, Jack really wanted to see the other two again sooner for he has a plan for them to become stronger together. Time creates other variables that might cause them to turn against each other or even fall before they have a chance to have their ability to upgrade.

Noah looked at Jack and finally the emotions that he has kept flowed out. He hugged Jack this time crying "Noel was dead…. He was killed by the dark elves and it is my entire fault waaaaaaaa"

Noah was still sobbing and stop in between sentences "They killed mother and father like livestock's while buying us time to escape waah-aah" he cried tearfully.

"And eventually Noel, HE HE HE Sacrificed Himself so I could escaped waaaaa" he cried even more.

Jack was really a sympathetic guy and immediately had a bloodshot eyes and even had some few tears dripping from his face while he hugged the emotionally unstable Noah, even though he only met the twins not so long ago and has never really had that much of an emotional attachment yet, but Jack still felt the grief in Noah's heart feeling the loss of his twin.

The sky even rained heavier and Jack comforted Noah who is already kneeling from total suppressed grief. Jack really has not expected something like this to happen. Noel being killed by the dark elves was really a big loss for Noah because unlike Noel who is firm and willful, Noah totally depends on Noel a lot. Noah losing Noel has become even more vulnerable.

Later that night Noah told Jack the story of how they reincarnated to this world. The twins basically reincarnated to a developing twin fetus which is how his age was a year younger than Jack.

The twin's father was half elf half dark elf which was a taboo child.

His father was being hunted by both camps but their father settled in a remotely isolated dwelling of human, finding love through their mother who eventually gave birth to them. The twin's death was basically caused by the interbreeding.

They lived happily learning about magic spells through their father who is a natural assassin till the age of 5. At that time was when the tragedy struck the family being found out by a local mercenary who ventured deep into the Varoom forest.

The mercenary did not approach Noah's family only observing the odd appearance of the twin and immediately came back to Focalor village which was the nearest and spread the news eventually falling in the ears of the dark elves.

Noah fled from the western border part of the Roan kingdom and a year later he ends up in the southeastern Grand Duchy of Philippi. In his journey, he experienced the cruelty of the new world being robbed by thieves, caught as a slave due to his strange appearance, sold at an auction, beaten up brutally by merchants who used him as a plaything and eating rubbish to ease the hunger.

Due to all of these he unlocked a special condition in his special skill to be able to use it without mana truly a god giver grace, but the truth was not really that simple. There is no such thing as a free food, Not using mana came with a greater backlash that through the night after using the ability he will suffer mental tortures that repeated the scenes in which how his family was brutally killed. The backlash totally shows the greatest mental scar that the user has experienced because through mental scar this condition is unlocked.

Time and time again they haunted him in his nights of sleep unable to wake up till the 12-hour condition was met.

Jack really felt heartbroken for Noah's experience just to get here. Looking at Noah who has black lines all around his eyes with bloodshot eyes, the thin hands with a ragged look, He felt responsible. As the person who leads the planned team, he has to do something. They all knew that once they got reincarnated they will be separated from each other but still formed a team so that they have someone to accompany them who also came from earth.

"Noah... I... I will.." Jack looked at Noah looking hesitant on what he should say.

Noah looked at Jack but his gaze felt very distant. The sadness in his eyes that could paint the whole world gray. The face that has lost all hope is staring at Jack.

"Noah... You are safe here... lean on me from now on... I promised that someday we will avenge Noel"
