Prologue - And so it begins...

My name is Josh Feebler, I just recently turned 18 and I'm a senior in high school — a reasonable, ordinary setting I'd say. My two closest friends have been with me pretty much since the beginning, Jay Zeppeli and Jade Kumegawa. Jay has always been an odd one, quiet and mysterious, well if you don't know him that is. Once you get to know him he's no less unreadable but also funny, loud, and kind of cool. He's also the one who taught me [rotation], a secret practice only his family knows, which only adds to his mysterious background. He told me to keep it a secret... too bad I can't keep secrets. That's where Jade comes in. Jade is pretty awesome in her own way, she's popular, smart, and ahem persistent.

Now the reason I say "that's where Jade comes in" is because I made a bit of an oopsie and maybe mentioned that Jay taught me something super cool. She asked me constantly to show her and I never thought she'd stop. I couldn't hold out to the end and reluctantly complied — I told her to meet me and Jay at the nearby park by the elementary school after school. The events that followed were... how should I put this... they were... Bizarre...
