2 The old man Part2

Anna pulled me into the floor and I hurried to put the floor over us. I was so scared I dont  think I was breathing. We heard foot steps coming over to us. It was the old man. It had to be .... with his raspy voice he ask Anna if she was hungry. Anna answered scaredy no. The foot steps receded and the tv turned on after what felt like hours. I lifted up the floor board up a little to see if we could make a run for it but when I looked up. The old man was looking right at me. I didn't know what to do so I pulled the floor board up. Grabbed Anna and we run for it but the old man grabbed us. He was a lot stronger than I thought he would be. I picked up the crowbar that was near the chair and hit him in the head with it. He fell and we ran. Down the stairs out of the building all the way to my house. We told my mom what everything. She called the cops. They came took our statement. Anna parents came to get her. We were all happy until the cops came knocking saying the old man was gone.
