8 DXD meet Sakamaki Izayoi

Author's Note

So, I got stuck on figuring out which world was the easiest to develop a story in. I think DXD will work the best, and I haven't updated this in a while, so I thought I would.

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Before I left the world, I had changed my appearance back to that of Sakamaki Izayoi, complete with the cat eared headphones that I stole from Kasukabe's future.

Appearing out of the Kaleidoscope, I found myself in a town in Japan named Kuoh town. I made my way into the town, looking around. It wasn't all that remarkable to me, but I had chosen this time to appear because it was a day before Irina and Xenovia were set to arrive. I wanted to test myself against Kokabiel to see how strong the beings in this world really were. Plus, I'd get to mess with the devils, which could be entertaining.

I made my way to the church, entering to find a lot of it destroyed. Pulling out my capsule, instead of removing my entire house I only removed a bed and set it up on the overhang in the church. I laid down and decided to go to sleep.

While I was sleeping, I could sense two people enter the church. I let them wander around without waking up, until I sensed them both standing over me. One of them pulled a large sword and pointed at me, which made me finally open my eyes.

"Can I help you?" I asked acting like there wasn't a holy sword in my face.

"What are you doing in the church? We were told it would be abandoned." The one with blue hair and a green streak said.

"Some devils came and killed all the fallen angels and exorcists here, so I'd thought I'd stay here for a little while." I said.

"I had heard reports that the devil's were involved with what happened to this church. Do you know exactly what happened?" Irina asked.

"The Gremory heiress came and made a mess of things with her new servant. Fallen angels ended up dead and some girl got reincarnated as her servant."

"So they managed to convert even more people into devils." Xenovia said with a distasteful look on her face.

"So you want to remove the Excalibur fragment from my face now?" I said, still with an air of nonchalance.

Xenovia did comply and remove it, but asked "How did you know this was an Excalibur fragment?"

"I've got good senses, just like I can tell the bracelet on the other girl is one as well. Who are you two and why are you even here? This church wasn't active even before the fallen angels got here."

"I'm Irina and that's Xenovia. We're here on a mission to find the other frag..." Irina said exuberantly before Xenovia covered her mouth with an annoyed face.

"Irina, you shouldn't be telling some random guy about our mission."

"Sorry Xenovia."

"So you're looking for the other fragments, which means they were stolen right out from under the church's nose. How interesting, it'd have to be someone pretty strong to steal them. Maybe I'll have to get involved if there's a good fight on the table." I said.

"Who are you, you never even told us your name. I can't sense any power coming from you, so what makes you think you'd even be able to interfere in church business?" Xenovia said.

"The name's Sakamaki Izayoi. As for if I'm powerful enough to interfere..." I trailed off before sitting up and vanishing, appearing behind Xenovia with arm around her, "I'm pretty sure I am."

Irina reached for her Excalibur, but I had already removed my arm from Xenovia.

"Calm down, I was just answering your question. No need to get all jumpy. I find it interesting that the church only sent two people though, even if you have the fragments, someone pretty strong had to have stolen the others. This seems like a suicide mission to me, why not let me join in."

Irina hesitated, while Xenovia also looked unsure.

"Fine, you want to help so badly, the person we're going to be fighting is Kokabiel." Xenovia said.

"Ooohh, a ten-winged fallen angel. Sounds almost as much fun as fighting Azazel, count me in." I said with a smirk on my face.

"Very well, if you are so sure you can help, we'll be going to meet with the devil's who rule this territory tomorrow afternoon." Xenovia said before turning and walking down the stairs. She proceeds to start undressing, which makes Irina run down.

"Xenovia stop, what are you doing he's still standing there."

"What's the problem, I wish to take a bath."

"You're not supposed to do it in front of guys."

"Why, does he care that much."

I chimed in at this point "It's supposedly not proper, but I have no objections so go ahead and do what you want."

"There, see he doesn't care, so you shouldn't either." Xenovia said and then started to take a bath.

I didn't mind watching, I could appreciate the view, but her sheer nonchalance felt weird, so I eventually decided to just sleep the rest of the day until the meeting with the devil's would happen.

'Hentai anime indeed.'

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------The next day the three of us made our way up to Kuoh Academy. We made our way into the school and towards the Occult Research Club building and made our way inside.

We got to the door to the main room and knocked on it, with a "come in" being called out. We entered to see Rias Gremory and her peerage all standing in front us.

'Hmm, is this supposed to be a show of power, or not. It's not much of one if it is.'

"Thank you for agreeing to meet with us today, I'm Xenovia Quarta."

"And I'm Irina Shidou."

Blinking I noticed everyone was looking at me.

"Oh we're introducing ourselves? I'm the dangerous Sakamaki Izayoi."

"Tch, another damn pretty boy." Issei mumbled.

"Yes, we were curious as to why followers of God would want to meet with devils." Rias said.

"Under normal circumstances that would be true, but right now we have 3 Excalibur fragments stolen by fallen angels." Irina said.

Xenovia removed her wrapped sword and showed it, saying "These are from the swords we have left. Mine is Excalibur Destruction."

"And mine is Excalibur Mimic" Irina said pointing to her arm with a ribbon around it.

"Well, what is it that you wanted to accomplish by having this meeting?" Rias asked.

"We want you to stay completely out of it. Leave it to just us and the fallen angels." Xenovia replied.

"That sounds like you think we are working with the fallen angels." Rias said.

"We know devils hate holy swords, so wouldn't it make more sense for you to side with them." Xenovia answered back.

At that accusation, Rias' eyes started to glow red with the Power of Destruction.

Xenovia was undeterred as she continued.

"If you do side with the fallen angels, we will annihilate you, devil king's sister or not."

"I would never side with the fallen angels or do anything to besmirch the name of Gremory."

"That's good enough for us, I was simply relaying the thought process of the church."

"That also means we won't be helping you either." Rias said.

'Ha, fat chance of that. They're girls, so Issei will stick his dick, ahem, I mean head into things one way or the other.'

"Very well, I believe it's time we leave then." Xenovia said, standing up alongside Irina and I.

As we move to walk towards the door, Xenovia takes notice of Asia.

"Aren't you the former holy maiden? To be turned into a devil is shameful. Tell me Asia, do you still believe in God?"

"Of course she doesn't." Irina said.

"I wouldn't be so sure of that." I chimed in.

"I feel it would be the best if you just off yourself if you want to find some atonement for your sins witch." Xenovia continued.

Issei had been twitching the entire time Xenovia had been speaking, but he finally had enough and lunged towards her. When he moved, I vanished, appearing between him and Xenovia.

"Sure you want to do that, could get your master there in trouble with the higher ups." I said smirking at him.

"Shut up bastard, I'm not gonna let her bad mouth Asia."

"Issei stop, back off." Rias commanded.

Issei growled but backed off while saying "Don't call Asia a witch, you don't have any idea what she's been through."

I laughed as I said "Yes, be a good slave and listen to your master."

"This is perfect, I'll take all of you on." Kiba said as he stepped into the room.

"Who are you?" Xenovia asked.

"Your superior, nice to meet you." Kiba answered back.

"Well someone's got a high opinion of himself." I said.

"Fine, I'm more than happy to teach you a lesson." Xenovia said.

"Let me fight the pretty boy too." Issei jumped in.

I let a grin form on my face as I said "You sure about that?" I looked towards him and released a little killing intent, making him have a shaken look on his face while Rias and Akeno looked surprised.

Issei got his composure back pretty quickly as he said "Damn sure."

I shrugged "Whatever, your funeral. Let's go outside then."

We all made our way into the school yard. I stood across from Issei, while Xenovia stood across from Kiba.

"I've been meaning to ask, is Izayoi part of the church?" Rias asked Irina.

"No, he's just volunteered to assist us with our mission." Irina replied back.

Tuning them out, I look at Issei and say "Whenever you're ready."

"I'll teach you to look down on me." Issei yelled as he summoned the boosted gear.

"BOOST" was heard as the gem glowed green.

I was content to sit here and watch as he continued to boost, getting more powerful as it went on.

I yawned "Whenever you want to stop standing there and attack me, feel free."

Issei's face took on a determined look as he reared his fist back and threw it forward while saying "Dragon Shot."

From his hand a large beam formed.

"Issei that's too far." Rias said.

"This is too far, are you kidding me." I said as I threw a punch forward, shattering the beam before taking a step, vanishing from the people around me's sight as I appeared in front of Issei, flicking him in the forehead, sending him straight into the ground, knocked out.

"Well that was disappointing, I expected more from the Red Dragon Emperor."

"What is he, how can he just destroy the beam like that." Rias questioned.

"I'm as human as you can be."

Meanwhile, Xenovia had taken very little time to kick Kiba's ass.

"I thought the knight of Gremory would put up more of a challenge." Xenovia said.

"Alright, this got boring fast, let's leave, I wanna start hunting." I say to Xenovia and Irina.

"Very well." Xenvoia replied as she walked over to me along with Irina and we left the school, heading back in the direction of the church, soon to begin our search for Kokabiel.

'Let's see how strong a ten-winged angel is.' I thought with a wicked grin on my face.
