It All Begins (II)

Ring ring ring...

Classes had ended for the day and some students have made friends and were arranging to go home together.

Chen Xi is an introvert by nature and because of that she was alone and had not made any friends yet.

As she was walking towards the back of the school to get her bike, she walked passed the basketball court and saw a group of girls surrounding it. She looked in and saw the guy in the morning in the court. It seems the girls are all cheering for him and his team.

"His looks will get him into a lot of trouble" she thought while watching the game. He caught her eye and waved at her. She did not wave back but slowly walked away. The girls near her was thinking he was waving at them and they were all shrieking with happiness.

She was about to get onto her bike while a message came in from Qi Qing. Looking at it, she hurrily replied and hop onto her bike and rode back home.

Once she walked through the door, Qi Qing had her clothes ready for her to change into and her face mask. Chen Xi is famous in State X as the masked beauty entrepreneur who is in her early twenties. She walked towards the garage with Qi Qing and Qi Qing started her updates.

"Today the stock prices for our company just when up after your conference call with the television channel Union(Tuan Yuan). They were pretty much skeptical about the advertisement that we have created for them but now they are fully convinced after the advertisement received high praises from the public. Here is the Weibo post about our company's contribution to the advertisement. We have been receiving calls about new contracts since this morning. We are slowly arranging appointments for the teams to look into it."

"OK. Is Wei Li still doing recruitment? We will be needing manpower soon. We don't want this opportunity to go to waste. Tell him don't be too fussy."

"I'll look at it on the way to office. Thank you for your hardwork. Also, last week, I told you to keep a look out for a new president and vice president , how is it going? Anyone that is suitable?"

"The list is ready but it is pretty short. Do you want to take a look at it now?"
